I asked to rent a property in N13 area.Their agent denied with saying properties landlord took insurance policies not to give properties to universal credit tenants .They didn’t answer online or called back .I ranged again as property available was near my home.It is real situation in property market as agents are unfair with UC tenants .

very disappointing experience with these agents, they didn't check our buyer's credentials and financial position properly. We wasted 3 months during the process and in the end we had to withdraw from the sale of our house because the buyers had insufficient funds. We had a great experience dealing with Claudia and the team at Anthony Webb as the Estate Agents throughout our journey of purchasing our first home. From the start, viewings were super easy and stress free, no feeling of pressure at all.
Claudia and the team regularly checked in to make sure things were moving along. We had a few IT/technical issues between our solicitors and the seller's solicitors emails not going through but once we knew about the issues, Claudia was on top of it and made sure each side received communications to prevent further delays. We managed to complete just in time for the September Stamp Duty holiday deadline (no financial benefit to us as first time buyers, but I'm happy that we were able to help the seller make a saving.) Claudia and the team's efforts contributed to helping us complete on time. We're now the proud owners of a beautiful home and can't wait to move in!

Hi I have known this firm for years but Covid did not do them any good. The brochure they did for us had spelling and grammar errors plus after spending hours measuring our property they did not use them. We had to double check everything and remeasure. They allowed parents and children in the house at the same time(against covid rules) and left the child unattended to play with my possessions. The purchaser confirmed this as Antony Webb denied it and tried to blame me for leaving things in the wrong place. They undervalue properties so they always get offers over the asking price. They did find us a purchaser and that part went smoothly mainly due to recommending a brilliant solicitor

I wanted to let a couple of my properties and was looking for a good reputable agent in and around the N13 area, I rang a lot of so called estate agents, but found them either not too professional or just not to bothered with my business.I then found Anthony Webb - after reading their reviews on Google, I have to say that they are exactly what people have written, i initially spoke with Tony who explained the service and cost and subsequently passed over to his team, I have to say I was kept well informed about viewings and the status of offers.
The brochure they produced was excellent and they were just really nice people to deal with, well done Anthony Webb ????.
In the end they found me a good tenant, what else could I ask for.

A highly professional and knowledgeable team ensured I received the best service and support throughout the selling process of my property. The high quality service was constant throughout. Jack and Claudia were always on hand with their advice and always returned phone calls and responded to emails on the same day. I have great positive feedback for Anthony Webb as it isn't often that customers receive the service they expect. On my first viewing of my prospective property I was met by Jack who was warm and welcoming and so helpful. When I wanted a second viewing Jack arranged it quickly with no problem whatsoever and responded to any communication quickly and honestly and was exceptionally helpful when offering advise and support. I was selling my propeety and have had bad experience with estate agents in the past so I did quite a bit of research on local estate agents in the Southgate area, before deciding to go with Anthony Webb. I did not regret my decision. Claudia and Martin of Anthony Webb are a first class act. I found them both to be very professional, personable and great communicators. I rent from Anthony Webb and had an issue with my CO alarm (carbon monoxide)going off which was stressful, but Sophie managed to get the issue sorted within 4 hours and kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure I felt safe and that the engineers were doing everything correctly. You can really tell they care about their tenants, would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an agent who will always be ready to help! The whole team made the renting process so easy and to this day still working hard to make sure we're happy tenants!

For the past 8 years I've been renting out my flat in Palmers Green through Anthony Webb. They found excellent tenants and have always tried to keep me updated on what's been happening. I would highly recommend Anthony Webb Estate agents. Both their lettings team and sales team are highly professional. My daughter rented a flat recently through their agency and it was in excellent condition and cleaned professionally. The sales negotiator Martin is one of the best salesmen in the business. He came to my friends house to value it and was very honest about the sale price and within days had the valuation in writing to their home giving them a quote that was realistic, unlike some agencies who up the prices but can’t sell your home.

We bought our first home through Anthony Webb. We were kept up to date by Martin every step of the way. Sometimes, even more so than by my solicitor.
When we came to pick up the keys, we were welcomed by all the staff, congratulating us and were given a card and a bottle of bubbly giving it a personal touch, rather than just getting a bunch of keys and an "off you go".

If you are looking to rent in Palmers Green, through an agency that actually cares, then I would highly recommend Anthony Webb. Horrendous experience...
We viewed a place in Corrib Court N13 and the the agent cautioned us it looks awful as the tenant is still in and it's not cleaned at all... and it wasn't....
There where several issues in the property yet we had booked the place and confirmed tenancy and passed all checks almost a month before moving in with the agreement all issues would be addressed.
2 days before moving in we requested to access the property to take measurements for furniture and we faced an absolute chaos...We were informed that "unfortunately the previous tenant stayed till yesterday and if we want to still have all issues sorted we would need to postpone the move in date!!!!!" we refused and asked for all issues to be resolved in 2 weeks. On moving in date the chaos was still there...filthy apartment, wrong inventory and agent did absolutely nothing. 4 1/2 months down the line the agency still debates the issues - regardless of written confirmation and agreement before moving in- still outstanding issues and attitude. Treated constantly as a nuisance for asking what it was firstly agreed and due to the high turn around of stuff there is no communication between them and that simply hits us to resolve. We seriously question if this a landlord or agent thing but the experience with them is an absolute nightmare.

I realise it was 'out of their patch' but it was handy that I could pop up to my local high street to sort all the paperwork. Having Power of Attorney for my elderly Aunt meant that I needed to get the best price and a speedy sale to pay for her carehome fees. Firstly Umer helped with the initial valuation and procedure, then Martin was on hand too. I found them to be both very efficient and helpful, always returned calls and very prompt with sending paperwork.

Avoid!!! We live next to a house ‘managed’ (term used loosely for lack of better words) by them. As long as their commission cheques roll in, they don’t care if their tenants sublet and ultimately overcrowd and turn a small property into a busy HMO and inherently piss off the entire surrounding neighbourhood. Can not wait for rental properties to be licensed in this borough! Cowboy landlords = cowboy agents. Would never use these guys for sale or management of any of our rental properties.

Please AVOID this agency, highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. My wife and I rented a flat in Palmer's Green last year and we stayed for around 8 months as we wanted to move to a larger place for mum to be. When we moved in there were various issues with the flat (including hygiene issues) that we were not made aware of and communication and response from Anthony Webb to resolve these issues was poor to say the least. When we finally moved out we arranged for a professional cleaner to thoroughly clean the property prior to out departure and in the meeting to hand over the keys the Anthony Webb agent commented on how clean the property looked. However subsequently we were informed that further cleaning would be required and quotes would be obtained. A further £250 was deducted from our deposit for additional cleaning....and this was despite being told previously (by Anthony Webb) that quotes had been obtained that were less than half this amount. We felt powerless to object and this was despite having already paid for a professional cleaning service and having returned the flat in a much cleaner condition than we received it! A shameful attempt from Anthony Webb to extract maximum money from departing tenants in our view.

I had a number of issues with my Buyers and my sale process, but none of these were caused by Anthony Webb and they did everything they could to support me and chase things along as much as possible.
