We have been overall very pleased with the service from gibbins Richards in wellington from the start, they were very helpful, they sent us a range of properties within our budget in addition to the property we originally requested some information on. Callum, was very friendly, and helpful throughout and quickly arranged viewings following this for us. The process did not feel delayed throughout and we were kept up to date. They were happy to hold the keys for us for a few days as we were unavailable to collect on completion day and were very friendly upon key pick up, of which we received a complementary bottle of prosecco.

This is a review for Claire, the manager at Wellington, and not the company. I must praise Claire on her empathetic approach and professionalism. For me, estate agency is all about the personal touch, adapting to each client's needs and building relationships to match people to properties (and vice versa)..... This is something that Claire does in abundance. With Wellington being a small town, the service she provides is excellent, that old fashioned touch really does make the difference and in today's world of fast paced electronic media taking over personal service, the service she provides is unique and special. A real asset to the company.

Choosing Gibbins Richards will save you time! I’ll explain why further down my review but first - A huge thanks to fantastic branch manager Claire and her wonderful colleague Callum who went above and beyond in the purchase of my flat. Gibbins Richards is definitely an estate agents I would recommend and look forward to using again. Claire is both friendly and approachable and her ability to negotiate and make all parties happy was incredibly impressive. She went out of her way to save me some money which I was particularly grateful for, something she didn’t need to or have to do - but she did - one of those stand-out moments I will never forget. Similarly her charming colleague Callum worked incredibly hard, communicating internationally on my behalf, chasing people down and obtaining important documents for me that my own solicitor was still waiting to get. It was Callum’s readiness to think outside the box in those final days that helped wrap things up quicker than the solicitors were able to do, that I believe ultimately lead to my own solicitor being able to ‘tick off all the boxes’ before I was hit by a big scary tax bill deadline. If Claire and Callum hadn’t been as proactive as they were for me (and they didn’t need be as kind to me, as they were getting no commission from me as a buyer) I am 100% certain my purchase could not have completed as quickly as it did. Claire, Callum, if you are reading this - you’re both wonderful people and I owe you a great deal. Thank you.

We have just sold our mothers home with the Wellington office. We have been very very impressed with both the excellent service we as a family have received but also their focus on helping buyers. For us the communcation was excellent always knowing about appointments and good feedback along with advice about the market. We noticed that their office is the only one in Wellington open on Saturday afternoon and Nick worked on bank Holidays for us. They also were flexible with appointments for potential buyers. We recently bought a property through Gibbins Richards helped, mainly, by Jackie Walker. What a fantastic and professional lady to deal with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed and also came out very last minute to do a second viewing. When the solicitors went into 'slow mode' she was proactive and gave both sides, when needed, a gentle poke to keep them moving - not easy to do diplomatically!
Jackie was there to give us our keys and champagne after completion and has maintained contact since to make sure we are okay and as we are new to the area Jackie has been a fount of knowledge for 'where to find what'.

Having bought, sold and bought again through Gibbins Richard's of Wellington, we would highly recommend anyone in Wellington or surrounding areas to use them. We bought our first house back in 2017, and found the team very helpful and responded to our many 'first time buyer' questions, very quickly and professionally. Two years later, we decided to put our house on the market and look for somewhere bigger. Nick came round to value the house and was very thorough, very knowledgeable of the area and also very likeable. He was genuine and even remembered us from when we bought the house. He gave us a well priced quote, and we confirmed we would use them there and then. A week or so later, our house was advertised in the branch and online, with high quality photos.The advert made us question why we were even selling! We had many viewings and feedback left after each visit, kept us in the loop with what other people thought of the property. A few weeks later and we had an offer. When looking for our next property, we used onthemarket and rightmove for our search, both of which Gibbins Richard's use. Their adverts definitely stand out from the rest, mainly due to the photos mentioned before. We found a house that we liked the look of, which turned out to be marketed by Gibbins Richard's, and booked a viewing. Libby showed us around the house, and much like Nick, was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and while being professional, still came across as genuine. We made an offer, which was accepted, and are now awaiting completion (hopefully in a few weeks) Not that we are planning on moving any time soon, we would definitely go back and use them again. A huge thank you to all of the team at the Wellington branch.
