We are looking to relocate to Somerset and had three consecutive viewings with Rachel. She was SO knowledgable and helpful with not only the viewings but her knowledge of the surrounding areas. Incredibly warm and friendly disposition that made us feel completely at ease. Both my partner and I left feeling incredibly optimistic about our eventual move and house purchase. This is a review for Claire, the manager at Wellington, and not the company. I must praise Claire on her empathetic approach and professionalism. For me, estate agency is all about the personal touch, adapting to each client's needs and building relationships to match people to properties (and vice versa)..... This is something that Claire does in abundance. With Wellington being a small town, the service she provides is excellent, that old fashioned touch really does make the difference and in today's world of fast paced electronic media taking over personal service, the service she provides is unique and special. A real asset to the company.

Did not sell - reduced property twice but market is very slow.
Had five viewings in five months and no interest so ended my contract with them. The staff were always very polite and friendly and the photographer were amazing but no sale - disappointing.
