- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not
- Communication was hit and miss
- Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me.
- We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe.
- Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag
- Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not
- Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

Superb service and couldnt recommend enough. Natalie was there at every step to guide through the selling process, tackling all issues promptly, professionally and courteously. She worked very hard to get things over the line on time and keep everyone happy and informed. I wouldnt hesitate to reccommend this firm to any and all. Natalie has been great during an awkward purchase & sale. Personable and able to advise professionally to ensure our purchase is progressed appropriately. Multiple viewings were set up giving a quick sale, Gibson Gammon then followed up superbly regarding Solicitors and communication. This in turn resulted in an easy pain free house sale completion. Although we didn't use Natalie to sell our house she was instrumental in pulling a difficult chain forward to a successful completion. We faced a number of challenges over a long period and she went above and beyond to help us so would fully recommend her. Any agent can sell your house its when your up against it that matters and where they should come into their own.
