Carly and Ross sold my house twice (first buyers pulled out) within hours of it being on the market. My solicitors said we had the worst chain they’d come across in 30 years. So frustrations were obvious but dealt with promptly. Carly had to break bad news to me a couple of times and did so in a timely and professional way. I honestly believed that Carly and Ross both actually cared and not just about getting paid (not mentioned after quote agreed). Being able To communicate through Facebook Messenger made things easy. No one can stick to office hours in these circumstances and so I knew if I needed to know something I would. I have only one criticism - Carly get some wellies for the huge very muddy gardens ????????. Great heels ???? though. Thank you both I’d recommend you over and over!!... Read more

A down to earth, friendly and approachable team all round! Working as a property developer I have bought and sold through numerous estate agents. I can happily say that Wainright Estate Agents are the best that I have ever sold a house through. Carly and Ross provide an amazing service and have an indepth knowledge of the local market. In a slow market they were able to secure a sale of the house that I was selling within a week. More impressive was their progression of the sale. Most solicitors today give an expectation that sales will take three months, the estate are the key to ensuring this happens faster. Our sale had three in the chain and all wanted a fast sale. The sale completed within 6 weeks but only due to Carly constantly chasing all parties to ensure the sale happened on time.
