A down to earth, friendly and approachable team all round! We had a painful four months getting nowhere with another agent on the sale of our flat, so we called Wainwrights who got us multiple viewings within a couple of days of being listed, and by the time we hit the week mark we had sold! Even though we only sold through Wainwrights they went above and beyond to ensure our chain could complete in time for the stamp duty deadline. Both Carly and Ross were very professional and responsive when dealing with us.
Carly has very good local knowledge of our area ...Hayling Island which was invaluable when talking to potential clients for our property.
