I would highly recommend using Pearsons Estate Agents as they were very professional and always answered any queries and questions promptly. They always emailed me to explain each step and everything was always explained very clearly. I was selling my late mum’s house which was a stressful time in itself but the Pearson’s team were all very friendly, reassuring & very responsive. I sold my bungalow through Pearsons Denmead in October after 4 months. The market dropped as it went on the market in June but Pearsons were regularly in touch and I received updates on all buyer visits. The price was dropped twice in challenging conditions. I found Pearsons responsive and helpful at all times. It was a little over valued initially but I was pleased with the service I received and even giving me additional valuations for CGT purposes which was most useful. Really helpful agents , who made our move so much easier . They kept us informed at every stage and responded promptly to every enquiry via email or phone call .
