I would highly recommend using Pearsons Estate Agents as they were very professional and always answered any queries and questions promptly. They always emailed me to explain each step and everything was always explained very clearly. I was selling my late mum’s house which was a stressful time in itself but the Pearson’s team were all very friendly, reassuring & very responsive. They made the sale of my mum’s house a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I haven’t got a bad word to say about them and they always gave excellent service.

I would highly recommend Pearsons in Denmead. Graham, Cliff and Rhiannon worked really hard to try to sell my property - the only reason they didn't was because I ended up having to rent it out instead for various reasons, so it wasn't up for sale for very long. They were extremely professional and friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I sold my bungalow through Pearsons Denmead in October after 4 months. The market dropped as it went on the market in June but Pearsons were regularly in touch and I received updates on all buyer visits. The price was dropped twice in challenging conditions. I found Pearsons responsive and helpful at all times. It was a little over valued initially but I was pleased with the service I received and even giving me additional valuations for CGT purposes which was most useful. I would thoroughly recommend Graham and the team.

We have been delighted with the service provided by Pearsons throughout our ownership of the property. Pearsons managed the property for us while the property was let in a very professional manner which was trouble free to us.
When we decided to sell the house. They dealt with the whole process impeccably.

Really helpful agents , who made our move so much easier . They kept us informed at every stage and responded promptly to every enquiry via email or phone call . Nothing was too much trouble and I was able to visit the property as many times as needed . Would recommend these agents if you are looking to move home . They have full knowledge of the area and can help with every aspect of your move . A lovely welcome pack from them was waiting when we moved in . Pearsons Denmead marketed my house for sale in Hambledon, Hampshire. At all stages of the process they kept me informed and up to date, and they were very trustworthy / accommodating when arranging viewings on the property I was selling. Would definitely recommend!

ROGUE BRANCH - FIND ANOTHER AGENT
I had assumed that Pearsons as a whole were a rogue bunch after 3 separate experiences with Graham at the Denmead branch. It appears that the Denmead branch is the rogue operation as the other branches have plenty of glowing reviews.
Over the course of a few months, I met Graham 3 times. Each time, he dished up standard pressure selling estate agent speak such as:
- The interest in this property has been overwhelming
- I have had 'x' amount of viewings already on this property already today
- If you want to make an offer, then I'd be happy to take it now as I know several other people are also considering making offers.
Despite the above pressure selling techniques, these properties remained on the market for months!!
On a couple of occasions I asked for clarification on some fundamental points such as clarification on the boundaries, or obligations relating to an unadopted road or whether or not a tree had a PTO on and may hinder development. On these occasions Graham just bluffed his way through and assured me that there would be no issues. I explained that despite any assurances from Graham, I would like some definite clarity as Graham really doesn't inspire confidence. Graham agreed to find out and come back to me. Despite following up, I never have been able to obtain these pieces of information. On one occasion, I resorted to knocking on the door of the seller a week later, to find out from the seller directly. The seller was immediately available to answer my questions and was very frustrated because nobody from Pearsons had even asked for this information despite telling me ''we are still waiting for this information from the seller''
On one occasion, Graham was obviously desperate to sell a house and told me in a hushed tone, that the seller would probably accept an offer of 'x' which was over 15% off the asking price. If I was the seller, I would have been horrified at these techniques.
Sorry Graham, you simply don't inspire confidence. Your assurances and empty promises remind me of a stereotypical experience of purchasing a second hand vehicle where the salesman tells you that almost all of his vehicles are ''from elderly ladies who rarely used the vehicle''
Graham, I suggest you take up a new career as a used car salesman. Free advice - you are welcome!
