You have fully managed the house, garage and berth at Port Solent on behalf of the trustees for years and recently appraised and subsequent disposed of all three elements of the property to its new owners. 30th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Jeffries were quick and efficient to put my house on the market. It sold to the first buyer and throughout the sale to completion ,Miles was on the case. I finally moved two weeks ago and am very happy with my downsize.
4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

10th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I sold my house through Chapplins in Fareham. They were great from start to finish. Despite a difficult market my house was sold on the 3rd viewing. Chantelle in particular kept the process flowing smoothly liaising with the various parties. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

18th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Archbold & Edwards know the estate very well, and have a lot of properties for sale within it. The initial presentation was very professional. I didn't hear anything from them between viewings (three), and was disappointed with the number of viewings. That said, they were very switched on when I rang them up. At the end of the day we got a buyer.

6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!
15th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

They even bought us a card, flowers and bubbles to congratulate us on our new home when we collected the keys!! Highly recommend.

The photography of our home was completed soon after instruction, and to a very high standard. As a result, and even in times of economic uncertainty and rising interest-rates, we had several viewings very early on. From day one, through to completion and beyond, communication was exceptional. We loved the personalised approach, where everything was dealt with professionally and timely. No waiting for letters, no lengthy emails – just quick and easy action. This took a lot of stress out of the moving process and ensured that we completed on both our sale and purchase in just 8 weeks. We’ll definitely be recommending Steve to others.
