16th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. After a really disappointing experience elsewhere, where we felt dismissed and unsupported, my partner and I came into this process feeling quite deflated. That completely changed when we met Leah. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout. From our very first appointment, she took the time to really get to know us, talking through our options in detail and even offering longer appointments so nothing felt rushed or overlooked. Leah has consistently been honest, welcoming, and professional, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients — which truly makes all the difference. Even when our mortgage journey needed to take a slightly different route, she explained everything clearly and always made sure both of our interests were considered. As first-time buyers, we would have felt completely lost without her guidance and support. I honestly couldn’t recommend Leah highly enough, whether you’re a first-time buyer or more experienced. If you want someone who gets things done while keeping your best interests at the heart of everything, she’s exactly who you need. A huge thank you as well to the wider team at Fox & Sons, especially John, who has provided so much support and invaluable advice during our house-hunting journey. 12th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)We bought our home in the centre of Wickham through Harringtons this summer. Although as a buyer we don’t pay estate agent fees, we had a great service from Harringtons. John was very obliging with our requests for viewings and information and helped ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Helen was super helpful behind the scenes ensuring that there were no delays in the chain and the process was wrapped up within our planned time scales. We are really delighted with our new home and the service we received from Harringtons. I can’t imagine moving from this home but if we did, I would definitely choose the team at Harringtons to support us.

He came armed with all the local comparable house prices when valuing my property and this gave me confidence in him and our valuation. He’s team then sold our house quickly and maintained great communication between us and our buyers. Tom and his team were and professional throughout!

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

I was really impressed with how thorough you all were, familiarising yourselves with our house before going live, to be able to better showcase it effectively. We felt comfortable leaving our home in your hands. It was beneficial having a local branch to be able to pop in for any queries and updates and you always made us feel at ease and welcome. Our initial contact was with Lisa whom was very professional and talked us through the sale process and best way to marketing our house. The viewings were conducted by Vicente, Olivia and Anita whom all did a fantastic job showing potential buyers round our home. Together (including those working behind the scene) the Morris Dibben team made selling our house as stress free as possible and for that we are thankful.
