Having felt I'd been sucked along for six months with another agent, I decided to call it a day and appoint Steve Grantham. From the point of instruction, Steve appreciated the urgency and totally took the worry away from me whilst I went off on a planned holiday. Two moths later we have exchanged and are completing shortly. Steve is a breath of fresh air, honest and up front from the outset and not the usual 9am to 6pm estate agent five days a week. He is hardworking, always at the end of the phone and will return calls promptly if not immediately available. Kept me updated throughout the process with just a simple text message, even late into the evening. I am moving out of the area so will have no need of his services in the future, but I, personally, wouldn't consider any other agent.

Taking exactly 11 weeks from initial advertising to completion, Steve and Donna certainly delivered on our need for a quick sale.
Progressing smoothly and efficiently throughout; Steve generated a lot of interest in our house prior to the open-house style full day of viewings. A quick move to offer acceptance was followed by much proactive work to ensure that the process through to exchange moved at pace.

Steve Grantham was a professional and class act from start to finish. What you really need from a great Estate Agent is urgency and communication and Steve was brilliant at both.
The photographs of the house were professionally completed and the property was quick to market. Steve was skilfully able to get a large number of viewings in a very short time period. Steve handled the entire negotiation process and we were extremely happy with the results.
Moving home is stressful, however Steve did his very best to make his involvement stressless. I would definitely recommend Steve Grantham Bespoke Estate Agents.

Steve Grantham is a fantastic estate agent. His service is second to none. He recently sold a house to us & was friendly, helpful & efficient with every aspect of the sale, nothing was too much trouble for him. If it wasnt for him the exchange of contracts in our long chain would never have happened as he chased the solicitors & other estate agents in the chain to ensure the exchange took place. He always replied to phone calls & emails very quickly. I cannot rate him highly enough & if I ever move house again he will definately be the estate agent I use.

Unlike your generic high street Estate Agent Steve offers a personal touch which sets him a class above the rest. Always available around the clock and responsive with updates when called upon. Having brought properties through other Agents in the past and not had great experiences I was mindful that my Wife and I were going to be in for the similar sort of experience. However as the owner Steve is a passionate, hands on individual who will more often than not go above and beyond to provide you with a high level service. Our purchase was a complex chain of 9 properties that required a high level of patience and persistence that was managed strategically from day 1. We appointed Steve Grantham Bespoke Estate Agents to sell our property and from the first meeting we had with Steve, we knew that he was the agent for us and didn't look any further. His honest and insightful approach made the sale of our property prompt and seamless. After appointing Steve, he got straight to work and organised the photography needed to market our property. The photography was second to none and very quickly our property was live on the various property selling platforms. He then organised an open day and kept us fully up-to-date on how the sale was progressing with regular telephone updates. Steve uses his network very well and even brought a couple of potential buyers through the door before the open house as he new that they were looking to purchase within our area. Within about a week of the open house our property had sold which meant that we could get on with the search for our new property. We can honestly say that Steve's service went above and beyond what we ever expected. A true professional who not only sold our property, but helped us secure the purchase of our new property (even though he was not the selling agent for the property we were purchasing) Steve has fantastic insight and is a true problem solver. Five stars really aren’t enough! Steve not only did an excellent job of marketing our house and helping us to get the price we wanted, but also went above and beyond in his support and communication throughout the sale.
A number of hurdles in the chain had us worrying about our move, but nothing was too much trouble and Steve made sure the chain was kept up to date and that matters were progressing. We have no doubt that without Steve we’d still be waiting for many of these to be resolved.

After Brexit and five (5) previous agents, and during the pandemic, Steve came and sorted us out. Because he works by himself, without an office full of nitwits, he is able to assess and react quickly and accurately to individual needs and circumstances, which he does admirably.
He was extremely helpful in all negotiations and the roller coaster of broken chains and unhelpful agents and solicitors further down the chain.
After 2.5 years of aggro he sold our house and made it possible for us to move on.
