The marketing was very good.
Feedback from each viewing was very positive but follow up not as Giggs reps expected.
Successive reductions in price so that final price was significantly lower than expected and below the 'bottom line' agreed
I felt somewhat pressured to accept and this has left me feeling unhappy.

We were very impressed with the professional service. The speed with which Giggs managed to arrange our house advert and the quality of the photographs were excellent. They also pushed the sale in a friendly yet advantageous manner. So much so that we had multiple offers in excess of the asking price. The post-sale support was less pro-active with some chasing needed, but was still very professional.,
