I can't recommend Gary and the Latcham Dowling team highly enough. His knowledge and professionalism is of the highest order and his pragmatic approach ensures the best outcomes for all involved. Having first met Gary when we bought our home through him three years ago, there was never any doubt that we would use Latcham Dowling when the time came to move on. Once again, Gary provided excellent advice/guidance which was fundamental to us securing what turned out to be a quick sale. The sales chain had its challenges (outside of our control), but Gary's involvement and calm approach ensured everything came together when it mattered most. As a seller or a buyer, Latcham Dowling provide a level of customer service that other agents seem to only aspire too.

We used Gary & Latcham Dowling for our recent sale, we had a few up and downs with chains dissolving, buyers pulling out at the last minute etc but Gary got us over the hill and sale completed in the end.
After having several agents come around we chose Latcham Dowling as we just got a better "feel" with Gary. Alanya was also great with the viewings and we liked the WhatsApp group keeping everyone in the loop.
We would definitely recommend using this agency. Much more personal than the bigger local outfits.

My wife found Latcham Dowling via get agent and after having some more local agents value our property we got a better "vibe" from Gary when he came to value the place and therefore engaged Latcham Dowling to sell our property.
We had a few bumps along the way with collapsing chains and buyers pulling out but got there in the end.
Loved the WhatsApp communication as it kept everyone informed throughout the process.
Great support for the viewings from Alanya.

We actually bought our new house from Latcham Dowling. From the booking of our first viewing to exchange of contracts, Gary has been superb. I can honestly say I would not normally give an estate agent a review, but Gary has been a very different breed from any estate I have encountered in the past - would highly recommend ????
