Gary and the team at Latcham Dowling were so helpful during the process of selling our house. They responded quickly to any questions or messages and communicated well between all parties in the chain. Our sale wasn't an easy one, with a long and rather complicated chain, but we got there in the end and Gary definitely made the process as easy as it could have been. I would definitely recommend their service.

This was our first ever home purchase and Gary always communicated so efficiently to us with any updates and was on top of chasing the solicitors both ends. Probably the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure to instruct. From start to finish, Gary and the team were nothing short of brilliant.
From the bat, there was none of the usual ‘telling us our house was worth 50% more than it was’ to try and get our business and then wondering why it didn’t sell - straight away, Gary came fully equipped with all of the information on all the comparable houses in the area, gave us a realistic value that met our expectations, then went ahead and listed the property. Which then sold three days later!
Throughout the whole sale and subsequent onward purchase, Gary was always at the end of the phone or WhatsApp making things super smooth and really convenient. Gary’s vast experience as an estate agent really showed during the entire process, advising us calmly and sensibly during what for anyone will be a stressful time.
I genuinely can’t recommend Latcham Dowling enough - I wouldn’t put a house on the market with anyone else now that I’ve seen how well (and quickly) it can be done!

From start to finish, Gary and his team provided exceptional service, making the entire process of selling our property seamless and stress-free with just 8 weeks from offer to completion!!
Gary's professionalism and expertise were evident from our first meeting. He took the time to understand our needs and provided valuable insights into the local market, helping us set a competitive price. Gary's marketing strategies were top-notch, showcasing our home in the best possible light and attracting numerous potential buyers.
What truly sets Gary apart is his dedication and genuine care for his clients. He went above and beyond to accommodate our timetable and was always approachable and friendly. Both Gary and James were amazing in helping us buy our first house!
We gave them a call to let them know what we was looking for and they managed to get us in to look around the property before it even hit the market.
With their help we were able to go from putting in the offer to moving day in just 6 weeks!
The whole process was easy with regular updates on how things were moving, overall great experience.
