The 'boys' offer a totally professional service with a personal touch, which makes what is otherwise a potentially stressful process into a more relaxing experience. As a result, I cannot sing their praises too highly and would recommend 'Clint' and 'Paul' to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property????

We have never had any faith in estate agents until we went with Pirie Homes, both Jack and Ross are very professional young men they went above and far beyond any other agents we have ever used in the past.
Ross worked tirelessly in the back ground chasing all parties solicitors for any outstanding paperwork.
They were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries we had and gave us regular updates nothing was to much trouble.
They sold our house then listened to our criteria for our next home and found us our perfect new home.
We wish them both every success in the future, we are sure they will soon be "The Best Estate Agents" in St Neots.

Ross and Jack have been out this world during our long process selling our house. I spoke to Ross nearly daily for 8 months whilst our transaction progress. Jack sold our house within a day of it being on the market and even worked out of hours on a Sunday to show the buyer round as he 'had a feeling' he was the one. The lads have helped in chasing solicitors, management companies, other estate agents and we couldnt have asked for more. Would highly recommend Pirie Homes! Jack and Ross sold our house on the very first viewing before it hit the market with an agreed sale price which was above expectations. They are both very professional and incredibly helpful - providing information to us on both sale and purchase of a property - even though the purchase was not through Pirie Homes they were more helpful than the actual estate agent! Absolutely brilliant, couldn't recommend highly enough! So helpful, so quick at responding, super friendly. Quite frankly felt like they did half the work for my solicitor.. I've got a lovely new home that I don't plan on moving from any time soon but when I do I really hope these guys are about, won't even look at any other options if they are! 10/10, use these guys.

My Mums house went up for sale 3.11.20, first viewing offer was made, we could not have been more pleased.
