Valued at £725k plus, but initial offers well below this. As we wanted an early sale we accepted £675k as the chain was all handled by Smart Homes and there was less chance of failure. Smart Homes were excellent at communication, and escorting viewers. Perhaps they were a little optimistic on price, but they were outstanding on every other aspect of the sale, although no completion yet !

Very happy with Smart Homes as an estate agent. Let’s face it, we all think that estate agency is little short of a swindle. However, Smart Homes are really good compared to others I’ve used. From initial contact, through to Seller Progression Team (after you agree a sale on yours, the SPT take over) everything has been smooth and professional.

5 stars is not enough! Smart homes were Outstanding from start to finish.After previously trying to sell with another agent and not having any offers we went with smart homes following a recommendation. From day 1 the whole team were so professional, helpful and friendly. After just 2 weeks we accepted an offer. The team were all great but I do have to pick out Gin and the sales progression team, they work so hard to make the move happen. I would not look anywhere else if I were to move again.
