We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free. Not sure they actually ever have any rentable properties as every single enquiry for a property listed on thier website comes back as Let Agreed or not available for viewing.
I means it’s possible they simply refuse to allow disabled people to rent properties, but that would be something else wouldn’t it

Avoid like the plague!! unprofessional and incompetent!! Staff could benefit from some customer service training, they are unhelpful, rude and never return calls or emails. Total embarrassment to the property sector!!
I wouldn't rent a wooden hut from them ever again!

I tried to book a viewing on a property and the office didn't answer the phone. On turning up I spoke to a lady and we expressed our interest.
I turned up to view a property in Ingleby Barwick. The estate agent representative was 5 minutes late and they booked 4 people to view it at the same time. They clearly run everything on a budget to maximise profit as apparently this is normal for Robinsons. Personally I find this extremely unprofessional.
If you are selling or a landlord letting a property I would not trust Robinsons. Look elsewhere.

Employee of Robinsons turned up 2 hours late for a viewing and rushed though it and out in two minutes. Tried to blame on me for not being there when had been waiting all morning, the office ignored all calls and when did answer said would get back to me on when he would arrive and never did. The voicemail was full so wasn't even possible to leave a message. Went into the office and they were just talking to each other and then want £220 for admin fees
