Great company! I've been dealing with them for several years, and all my problems or requests have been handled professionally. (I called them and they resolved them immediately.) Admittedly, there are sometimes be a few slow moments, but that's understandable (due to multiple requests). I will not end my review without expressing my appreciation for the services of people like Elie and Abbie (always quick to respond and offer support when needed). Keep up the good work, guys! Never do anything with these crooks. They have a history of being dishonest and thieving loyal tenants money. I must also add that Eli on particular has shown that he doesn’t even have any brain cells to do simple maths. They wanted to take my rent from £1300 to £2000 within a year. How these fools are even allowed to do this or even think that they have the audacity to do something like this to humans just goes to show how inhumane theses idiots are. Now they think that they can keep my deposit they don’t even know who they are dealing with. I was with them for 14 years the most absolute tenant from heaven you could ever have had and to be treated the way I was by them just goes to show that they don’t even care. BTW during this tenancy they never did any works to the property I did all the works myself as they refused to do anything I was at one point 6 months without a boiler and was heating hot water in a kettle to have a bath as they wouldn’t even replace it. Can you believe that in this day and age I went through this. Never ever do anything with these crooks. Unless you want to lose your money and have time to waste chasing up these scammers. Avoid at all costs totally unreliable never answer phone calls and even if you manage to get through the useless receptionists will put you on hold and disconnect you. And what astonishes me is the lengths of lies to they will go to court they even made up dates of when I moved in. 100% dodgy people. Highly unprofessional individuals of which ELI KESSELMAN had topped it for me always hiding and pretending to be on THE OTHER LINE whenever I just about managed to get through. Coming across as being profoundly stupid and ignorantly idiotic. Manipulative behaviour always came across at all times and for him to think that this is the end he does not know what’s coming. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS AGENCY. AVOID AT ALL COST. Please avoid at all costs. They are crooks who don’t know what they are doing.trust me they are the worst estate agents to be dealing with in particular Eli and Mayer laughing stocks to be honest when I think about them it makes my blood boil don’t be misconceived by their deception they seem nice at first but then they show their true colours you are truly trapped by that time. And this is their tenant who has been with them for 14 years. Just an update to my overall experience with these thieves I got my deposit back from them. They honestly thought that they could have withheld it from me I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were able to do so. And now I would like to see how they hold their heads up in shame as they were adamant they were not going to return my deposit and said that they were not going to do so and wished me all the best for the future. Now I’d love to see what Eli Kesselman has to say. Little did he know that I work in Stamford Hill the heart of the Hasedik Jewish community and they guided me all the way in what I needed to do. If you ever have any issues with these estate Agent feel free to contact me and I will guide you as to what you need to do as the truth will always prevail. NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THESE CROOKS. They have rented my previous property to some Malaysian students let’s hope they know what their in for. These guys are true robbers so my advice is not to do any business with these people I can not comprehend the fact that when I reported this company all of a sudden they managed to get their staff to improve their google reviews. But I will never allow for this to happen these guys are true robbers I will keep sharing my experience.... Read more

Stay far far away from Grangeview estates. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lie, manipulate, don't return disposits, are rude, ignore calls openendely, avoid repairs, leave flats disgustingly dirty and messy, and much more. This has not just been our experience, but that of anyone I have spoken to who has rented a flat with Grangeview as the agents. DON'T rent a property with them unless you want to lose money, a lot of time, and a lot of emotional energy.... Read more

I was told via email and over the phone by two separate people that the flat was ours, but before I knew it, they'd given it to someone else who confirmed AFTER I did. The one saving grace was one particular staff member then tried to help us find a different place by showing us flats that 'weren't advertised' yet, although when I checked, the flat in question was indeed online (admittedly without photos). Complete lack of communication between staff members and unprofessional handling of the enquiries and offers led to an extremely stressful experience. Having read the other reviews, would not use them even if they had a great flat, as apparently these issues are not limited to the initial interaction, but span the entire duration you do business with them.... When you call them they answer extremely unprofessionally. Please if you are renting or buying with this company as your management company - look elsewhere as it will be days, months and years of grief. Never have I dealt with a worse management company. I rented a flat with those people and I advise everyone to avoid this company! They only care about you sign the contract and money. I had many issues with the property they are renting to me and this is only the first month!
