21st Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)Andrew , Patrick and Ian and colleagues at Hamilton & Stiller were supportive throughout the process from advertising our property, updated us after viewings and gave us advise regarding sale price , negotiations when selling. The photos of our house were exceptional and the photographer did a drone photo of our property and garden which we have kept. Would highly recommend this team in Ross-On-Wye branch. Great teamwork, consistent communication and support thank you.

Polite, helpful, extremely professional and, above all, excellent at communication. An excellent service and when the usual problems with the sale process arose, the sheer wealth of experience that was brought to bear to resolve the issues, was remarkable.

They were efficient with getting everything sorted and all the paperwork needed. We have not exchanged or completed yet but couldn’t fault them!

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

The team at Knight Frank were extremely supportive through the whole process. They were accessible, professional and empathetic. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. I particularly want to commend Anthony for his friendly demeanour, and willingness to put himself out, and be as helpful as possible throughout. Watkins Thomas did an excellent job!

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Alex and his colleagues were very helpful in our purchasing of a property, where they were acting for the Sellers. Communication was very good and nothing was too much trouble in regards liaising with the Sellers to answer our enquiries. They were always able to accommodate our requests to view the property and sometimes at short notice. They are friendly and knowledgeable of the areas they cover.

Ben and the staff are so helpful, professional and genuine in their efforts to secure you the property you want. If all Estate Agents worked as well as these guys homeseekers would be very happy bunnies indeed.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
