I have only good things to say about Gray and Co and the team. Janice in particular has helped me on numerous occasions and provided advise when not necessarily resulting in a financial outcome for the business.
I would highly recommend. Janice has a great knowledge of the industry and the area in which Gray and Co operate.

What can I say but great company, lovely friendly attentive staff that were so helpful. I highly recommend using Gray & Co for letting and sales (a friend has just sold her house through them too! and she had only great things to say) you wont be disappointed.

Letting a property through Gray & Co was so easy and the staff are welcoming and professional, they just made it so easy. They also give out a welcome pack to new lettings and purchasers which is a fab idea and is full of local goodies and information. I highly recommend using Gray & Co for your house sale or let, they are very friendly and care. Local independent company too, support local!

The worst customer experience I have ever received! Very quick to take your money but no help when you ask or when required. Owner never replied to emails or phone messages. Very poor professionalism and I would be happy to never recommend this business to anyone. Stay clear guys! ?

Shocking Agent, did not call back as promised and when I got through, the property in question had gone under offer, ‘over the asking price’ I heard this Janice woman shout across the office. Woman I spoke to on the phone (do not know her name), was rude in the extreme. Very unprofessional, and I have been developing for over 40 years, so I should know the difference. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Gray & Co could single-handedly restore the reputation of Estate Agents. The service that our family has had from them has been second to none and has gone WAY beyond what could be expected. Not only has every transaction towards sale and purchase been handled with brilliant efficient administration, but they have provided extraordinary emotional support during the shaky times that seem to happen with every sale.
I can't write this without singling out Janice who really has been just an absolute rock through everything in what was a complicated chain at a time when my in-laws' health has not been great. She has never presented a problem without having a ready and often imaginative solution. And with that has come absolute reassurance for my in-laws at what has been such a particularly tough time for them. It would be impossible to overestimate what impact this has had for our family and needless to say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gray & Co without reservation. Thank you!

Couldn't believe the last comment! You want to be shown around a property in what must have been the middle of lock down. Wow, did you not notice what was going on in the world? Anyway, this company have done sales and lets for us and always been been professional and extremely helpful.

Sent in numerous enquiries and didn't get a response so had to chase myself, when I got through the woman was patronising and rude and would only book us in to view if she was already there, sounded very lazy and uninterested. Wouldn't recommended if you're a potential buyer or seller.
