I have been renting a property from this agency and from the very start, I’ve had the worst experience with them. I have an Autistic daughter and another young child and from the beginning I made them aware that I needed to get the property ready so that it is suitable for them, i.e putting locks on doors, fixing the broken gate outside, leaking roof and damp in kids room.
I’m deeply frustrated and concerned by how my requests have been disregarded and the safety of my children overlooked. It has taken months to address these critical issues, and in some cases for example, I have had to pay out of my own pocket to fix the roof and door, and front garden wall, expenses for which I have not been reimbursed.
On top of this, when the landlord wanted to get a large tree cut in the garden, a company was sent to do this and they acted swiftly to suit their schedule, but left the garden in disarray, which remained unaddressed for 3 months. My daughter fell over the branches and mess which cut her leg and she was bleeding, only after this they sent someone to clear the mess.
Additionally, it has been over 4 months now that I complained about damp in the kids room next to their beds which is getting worse now due to the winter arriving, yet nothing still has been done for this issue.
Homefinders and Gassan and his team have failed to correctly address my concerns, showing a disregard for my family's and disabled child’s safety. I am appalled by the lack of service and the negligence displayed in handling these matters.... Read more
