We have been living in our property on the Isle of Dogs for approximately three years, and had Charlotte Moore as our property manager for the previous 18 months or so. We have had a number of issues at the property, which Charlotte has been quick to attend to and follow up with our landlord, who is sometimes fairly hard to get hold of!! Most recently, Charlotte helped us to negotiate a persistent issue at the property, which she has been chasing for us over the past year. Finally we have managed to get a resolve to this having been waiting for more than 14 months - Charlotte has been patient and understanding of our frustration, and has persevered in following up with this, despite no longer being assigned to manage our house. Thank you very much Charlotte for your support - it has not gone unnoticed by the tenants and is much appreciated!
Rented a flat through Knight Frank. Unfortunately my experience with them is terrible and fellow tenants in the same building as I also share the same opinion. We were surprised that the broadband infrastructure of the building is not installed, the intercom function of opening the door being permanently disabled and a number of other issue all of which Knight Frank did not bother telling us before we signed the contract. Their Birmingham office was good convincing us of how good the property is, and their London office is good in collecting our money every month. Apart from that they are not at all good in anything else.
Thanks to the team for letting my apartment in Bloomsbury, the valuation that came in was realistic and accurate, and the property was rented within a very short period of time. thanks Robert for all your assistance as always.
I would never recommend next property as an estate agent. They never chase us down. I tried to arrange a weekend viewing they couldn't make an appointment. I gave them all my criteria and they are never in touch with properties.
If I would be a landlord I would think twice before using an call centre agent like next property.

The worst possible agency anyone will come across. The manager Stephan is a disgrace. He is a horrible inhumane being. He will agree for you to have a pet and then he will lie to all parties and say that he never said those things. Ignore your phone calls when you can clearly hear him in the background and then when you arrive into the borough office to address him, you get shouted out of the door.
I will recommend this agency to no one. AVOID. This man is why estate agents have a bad name. Unprofessional.
Chelsea in Mayfair office was a different type of agent in my experience in my search in London. She is well organized but not force selling. she was very understanding during some tricky moments throughout the transaction and helped to make sure everyone was on the same page. Fast response and easy to deal with. We managed to exchange within 1 month of offer agreement, which could be even faster if seller lawyer was not on holiday...
We not just bought a place to invest but a truly unique place to enjoy a classic London life. Overall, would recommend to our friends. Would come back to KF by the time we move to our next property.
Useless branch for maintenance after you rent an apartment. Avoid. Every broker has access to the same properties. Now they are holding back my entire deposit over £25,000 since end November, despite we only have an issue over £2,000 ????

71 days is how long it took Knight Frank to arrange a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do. Never again.

The most incompetent agency I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. We found a property we were very interested in on Rightmove and are buyers without a chain so were seeking a quick transaction. The sales agent, Mr Kevin Pearcey was always unavailable. They told me he was out at viewings and my husband that he was off sick working from home and apparently in the whole agency, the was the only person who could arrange viewings. He did not return calls or answer his mobile and after 4 days of trying we gave up. He eventually emailed to say he would arrange a viewing and get back to us to confirm the time and never did. Their agency is managing the tenancy and I wonder if their monthly management fee is perhaps more financially motivating to them than following instructions of the owner to try and market the sale of the property, and getting a one off commission? Either way, I don't think the owner would have been too pleased and so do not recommend using them if you are trying to sell your property as they have now lost a potential buyer.
Our group of 5 had an amazing three nights here. The staff were so friendly and it was so great to have complimentary breakfast every morning. Would stay here again!
