Invoices issued with incorrect dates, including invoices that have already been paid. When you try to get in contact, they are never available and ignore emails for weeks with no acknowledgement. Been trying to request a key fob for a car park for around a month now, without so much as a response on email or phone. Not great to deal with!... Read more

In the last 10 years i have been dealing with 10s of commercial managing agents. this one is just a joke, the never doing there job, the getting paid seat in the office having lunch, i do not understand how property company giving them to deal with there property. not even changing a light bulb, the need to know that someone injured him self, before the come to change a light bulb, landlord avoid dealing with them, your tenet deserve just a bit more. and this is only one example peace and love to all...
