From start to finish Joe and his colleagues have been really great. We were selling my dad's mobile home after his death and so things were quite raw for us as a family but Joe showed professionalism at all times. I would definitely recommend Greys Estate agents to family and friends.

Very pleased with Joe, Chris and the team at Upton Grey's who quickly found a buyer for our property and kept us informed throughout so that all went smoothly with the sale. We had previously listed with another agent with no joy, so we were pleasantly surprised that it all went through so quickly after switching to Grey's.

When we first met Russell to discuss moving home, we were feeling very anxious about taking such a big step! This was our first time selling a property and we didn't really know where to start. Russell was informative and reassuring from the minute we arranged the initial home visit. Russell always had our best interest at heart - this was always communicated so well. It wasn't an easy journey, with a few sales falling through, however, the entire team were so supportive and optimistic throughout. We really did feel like they were family by the end of it. Countless times I would ring worrying or concerned and every team member would make the time to ensure I was listened too. I'm so thankful to each and every one of you at the Greys Upton branch! We have finally moved into our dream home and will be forever thankful for making our experience a fantastic one!

Russell at Greys advised me initially with regards to putting my house on the market and reassured me about the sale. He was spot on with what he advised! Another absolutely incredible experience with Greys. This is our second time using them as our family has expanded since purchasing our first home with Greys. We had an exact house in mind and were not prepared to compromise in any way. Greys went above and beyond to make our dream a reality and managed to find us an identical house in our desired development. Every single member of the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Lydia was always extremely cheerful and welcoming, Joe was so kind and respected our home and the fact we had an indoor cat when holding viewings, Chris dealt with our multiple viewing requests for the property we purchased at the drop of a hat. And as for Russel, what a man! Nothing was ever too much or an issue - he took every single call of mine when he was in the office and called me back promptly if he wasn't. I must have been by far the most difficult client he has ever had to deal with as I suffer with anxiety however he put me at ease regularly and looked after us so well. Nothing was ever an issue. We would undoubtably recommend Greys to anyone! They still have that fun and friendly vibe they had 7 years ago and they really do care for their clients and work so well as a team. We had another tight deadline and Russel went above and beyond to make it happen. From the bottom of our hearts we can not thankyou enough for finding our dream home we could not be happier!
