Unbelivebly low customer service quality with these guys! Made an enquiry through Rightmove... nobody followed up with me.... called them after two days and gave my details again.... only to be rushed "will pass the details to the landlord and get back to you"... you guessed. a week later and nobody bothered to give me a call or email... Highly NOT recomended!!!

When we first met Russell to discuss moving home, we were feeling very anxious about taking such a big step! This was our first time selling a property and we didn't really know where to start. Another absolutely incredible experience with Greys. This is our second time using them as our family has expanded since purchasing our first home with Greys. We had an exact house in mind and were not prepared to compromise in any way. Greys went above and beyond to make our dream a reality and managed to find us an identical house in our desired development. Every single member of the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Lydia was always extremely cheerful and welcoming, Joe was so kind and respected our home and the fact we had an indoor cat when holding viewings, Chris dealt with our multiple viewing requests for the property we purchased at the drop of a hat. And as for Russel, what a man! Nothing was ever too much or an issue - he took every single call of mine when he was in the office and called me back promptly if he wasn't. I must have been by far the most difficult client he has ever had to deal with as I suffer with anxiety however he put me at ease regularly and looked after us so well. Nothing was ever an issue. In short, Grays do everything you could expect from your agent to an excellent standard.
I would recommend Grey's for anyone looking to move. We got an honest valuation from them and the staff showed great understanding of not just the current housing market conditions but also the wider economic conditions and predictions for the future economic climate. This led to a valuation of our property that closely matched my expectations with my own experience working in mortgages and finance. The property sold in 23 hours at the asking price. We had a number of viewing the same day we listed the property with Grey's giving a good overview of each potential purchasers postion so that we could make a informed decision when considering any offers. The excellent service continued right up to the completion of the mortgage with staff in regular contact with us, the purchaser and the solisotors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was happening giving all involved peace of min and making a stressful process a lot less stressful.

We cannot praise Joe and all of the staff at Greys in Upton enough for the selling of our house so quickly last year. Not only did we have an offer within 2 days of the house going live, but it was also way above the initial asking price, which was wonderful!
They kept us updated throughout the whole selling process and were always on hand if any questions needed to be answered. Their prices were also very reasonable and competitive.
Don't be put off by them not being stuck in the centre of town on a high street either. If anything, it makes them better at doing what they do.
I cannot praise them enough, and thank you again!

Ross & Joe are legends. They've were very supportive, helpful and listened. Honestly we had difficult "Must haves" and they (in a time of a chaotic market) were actually the only estate agents to actively seek potential houses (and phone back!). We had a lot of sellers pulling out on deals, but they were able to help us find frankly our dream home that we didn't think we would get the opportunity on. Plus we even got muffins when we completed ;).

I was glad that I chose to use Greys Estate Agents to sell my property as they are an experienced team, always gave good realistic advice and were reliable and responsive whenever there were challenges.
The property I was selling was not straightforward, this is where Greys experience really counted. The property needed a lot of work so would not appeal to all buyers and needed to be priced appropriately, the mini budget changed the cost of mortgages and then there was a water leak which caused some damage to the property. Greys were always on hand with calm experienced guidance to help resolve these issues.
There is one particular example of exceptional service I would like to highlight. This was a probate property and I live some distance away. Grey's visited the property to check on a few things which saved me a journey.
My experience of Joe, Russell and the team at Greys is that I could rely on them completely. If you have a property to sell in the Upton area I strongly recommend them.

Lydia Noel is so kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Both properties were sold through her and the other staff and directors with no problems at all. We found greys very friendly and helpful and we weren't even clients of theirs. They answered emails promptly and were always at the end of the phone if needed. When we picked up our keys to our house they even had cakes for us which were delicious. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

If I could leave more gold stars I would . I recently bought my new home through Greys and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Unlike other local agents I had used to buy property, Greys really selected appropriate houses for me to view . They took the time to understand what I was actually looking for , this showed they took the time to listen and care , rather than just trying to make a sale.
The communication throughout the whole process was faultless, and I was always made to feel like I could ask questions at any stage . Well done Greys. Not just great estate agents , but lovely people too . I think over the course of buying my house I spoke to every person in the office, and I was dealt with in the same lovely manner each time .

Very poor unproffessional conduct, I used them many years ago on a rental property they were less than average then, knew it would be problem when I found out they were the agents on a house sale in Poole. Sure enough!
they did'nt let us down, viewed the property, put an offer in, phoned a day later to check on the progress, only to be told it's sold SSTC.
Well; Greys estate agents that's not how it works! I would'nt surprised if the offer was even put forward to the vendor. 'Old boy's brigade, in thier Porsches'.

Having been through a 12 month process of selling and buying a new house and using multiple different agents throughout the process, I can honestly say that Greys in Upton were outstanding and shone well above the other agents we had dealings with.
We ended up both selling our old house and buying our new house with Greys. We found them to be honest, professional, down to earth and were even there for some friendly advice when the going got tough and we had a little wobble. Nothing was too much trouble for them despite our relentless questions and requests for multiple viewings.
If I ever come to buy or sell again, I'll be calling these guys straight away.

After trying an internet Estate Agents and having only one viewing in 8 months, I realised I needed better sellers with a client base of potential clients that would be interested in my house. Greys were fantastic and thoroughly professional from start to finish. Lydia in particular was really helpful with really practical and sound advice, not only with my sale but the house I bought, even though the house I bought wasnt one of theirs. We instructed Greys to be our Agents, they were fantastic from start to finish. Very efficient when we decided to sell our property and got us on the market rapidly. They kept us up to date and gave us control of when we could and could not have viewings & very quickly got us a sale agreed (within a week). Russell at Greys couldn't do enough for us, gave us sound advise when we needed it and was always available if we needed an update or had any questions, he and the Team at Greys made a very Stressful process that bit less stressful, so i thank him and all the staff we dealt with for that.

First experience with Greys and quite honestly should we decide to sell or buy again we will certainly not use another agent! Having previously rented through numerous estate agents across Bournemouth and had some of the worst experiences we thought the service we were receiving from Grey’s was too good to be true however it’s been amazing start to finish and we can not fault in any way at all. Russell especially has been professional throughout the process and has been on hand every time we have needed him, he has gone above and beyond – we couldn’t thank him enough. Any time of the working day Russell always made time for us – and responded to any queries promptly. We had a very tight deadline but Russell did everything he could do to ensure we moved the date we wished – with hurdles thrown at him he still managed to get us in. Even though Russell was our main point of contact Alan and Lydia were more than helpful in his absence and looked after us very well too – nothing was ever an issue and they all made us feel valued (definitely a close working team). We will with out a doubt recommend Greys to anyone.

Thank you for the excellent manner in which you conducted yourself during the recent purchase of my first home. The team were fantastic to deal with. Always punctual, very reliable and excellent communicators. It goes without saying that during this particular purchase, although not our agent directly, you provided us all with a platform to engage and move things along. The clients you were representing were in very good hands and it made my partner and I rest easy knowing everything was under control.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Russell and the team and they always greeted my solicitors, other ‘chinks in the chain’ and myself in a very professional manner. Their retention of information from others involved was first class, which made the whole process far easier to understand.
If ever the time comes for me to sell my home, I will most certainly be using the services of Greys as I have now had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand just how good they are.

Could not recommend Greys estate agents in Upton enough. Buying a house is stressful at the best of times, as first time buyers we had no idea!
Russell and the team supported us the whole way. They gave us access to the property while the sale was going through every time we asked and nothing was too much trouble. At one stage I was calling about 5 times a day for access/updates (crazy I know!) and my calls were always answered/returned and my enquiry dealt with immediately.
