I can’t recommend Haig enough. After my property was on the market for almost 10 months and there were no signs of it being sold anytime soon, I asked Adam and Daryl if they could help. Within a matter of weeks, they had found many interested parties and a month later my property sold - something I was starting to think was never going to happen. Throughout the whole process they were open, honest and gave great advice to help me navigate selling (especially as I had never done so before). I can’t thank them enough and would strongly advise anyone looking to buy or sell to get in contact with Haig. You won’t be disappointed!

We needed a quick sale after we made the decision move out of the country. We put our trust in Daryl at HAIG to help us achieve this. Within a few days we had our property listed after some professional photographs and videos were taken. These really made the house look incredible, and they guided us throughout this process on what was needed to make the rooms stand out. Their approach with the viewings was great, they really created a sense of demand as we had 5 viewings after only a week on the market. Daryl again was brilliant in making sure the value of our property wasn’t overlooked and all 5 viewers made an offer. We couldn’t believe it and once we accepted a great offer we left it to the solicitors and HAIG to finalise. Daryl’s communication between them, the buyers and us was exceptional, always chasing for updates and we were never left in the dark. We eventually moved out of the country but that didn’t stop the effort HAIG put in, and the house completed 3 months after it first went live on the market. Thanks again to Daryl and the team at HAIG, I’m 100% confident we wouldn’t have been able to do things as quickly and smoothly if it wasn’t for them.

I was recommended by a friend who had just sold their house through Haig Properties.
I have never been so grateful for that recommendation. When Adam first walked through my door I warmed to him instantly. He is very straight to the point and says it how it is which I think is brilliant. I had already had two valuations by other agents, but Adam was the only Estate Agent who showed me what research he had done and why my house could go on the market for that price. After about 10 minutes of talking to Adam I knew I wanted him to sell my property. Everything was done so quickly and professionally. The photos and write up on my house was just amazing and it actually sold within four days of it going on the market. After selling I needed to find somewhere to live which Adam had already said him and his team could help me with. Adam gave me recommendations for a solicitor and a mortgage broker and I was again extremely thankful as both were brilliant.
When it came to buying my purchase this is where I can not fault or recommend the lovely Daryl.
He has been my absolute hero through the whole process of my purchase and the sell.
Daryl has so much knowledge of Shared Ownership. For me this was a new route to go down and I felt very nervous and unsure about it all, but Daryl made it so easy to understand and went through it all with me. He helped me with any paperwork that I didn’t understand, any question was never to small or silly to ask at any time of the day.
Both Daryl and Adam were always available on the phone but If they didn’t answer you could guarantee they would always call back or even when it came to collecting vital documents they would be there.
Daryl went above and beyond as an estate agent and made me feel at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble for him to do.
As a single mum getting on the property ladder again was a very scary time for me especially as I had lived in my old house for 18 years. Daryl’s expertise about Shared Ownership’s made my life so less stressful.
I could go on about how amazing, caring and wonderful Daryl is but I would be here forever. If you need to know anything about buying a Shared Ownership I would highly recommend Daryl.
On the day of completion, Daryl arrived at my new house and was there when I received my keys!
I can not thank you enough for all your help and mostly for the wonderful support you have given me to start a new chapter in my new home.
My journey of selling and buying with Haig property Professionals, is an understatement when I say they made my experience 100% less stressful. I would not use any other estate agents if I was to move again.

They have been proactive, shown initiative, come up with ideas and have gone the extra mile to manage our properties successfully and look after us. We can also highly recommend their project management offering: they have just this week completed a major refurbishment on our behalf and have done a fantastic job. The property looked lovely and let in no time at all. The job was part funded by insurance and again, Haig could not have been more helpful. They took photographs and liaised with the insurance broker on our behalf and managed the project and supported the insurance claim to a successful conclusion. We chose to have the full project management option and Adam was so helpful recommending various trades to prep the house and advising on dressing it for the photos etc. the house sold within a week of going online. I booked a appointment with Adam as a last minute thing not fully sure if I’ll even like the house etc. but when I got in I loved the house, Adam was a true professional and sold the house to me with his vision and sound knowledge of the property!
So we plodded on with the paperwork etc. everything was going swimmingly till our buyers pulled out ???? that day Adam took his job personally and looked after my family he took over everything so professionally and in no time he’d found us new buyers and the whole process was back on track in no time!
Eventuality everything fell into place and Adam helped me get my happily ever after????the thing is Adam doesn’t just see this job as a job but takes on all the feelings that come with it??He stayed in touch about the whole process and was available pretty much whenever we needed him.

Had a really smooth and easy experience with Adam. Kept us informed all the way through and worked hard with our lawyers and the lawyers on the house vendors were buying to help us meet a deadline.
Had the (dis)pleasure to work with a number of estate agents over the years this was by far the easiest experience. Adam answer the phone, called us back when we left messages and rally gets the customer service ethic that is sadly missing from other agencies.

We have used Adam to sell our house. It's his business and it shows, he is great, answers the phone helps every way he can. The truth be told what do estate agents do? They put your house on right move and then someone comes along and says yes or no! So they're all the same! if you have to pick one you at least want one that you have a mobile number you can call and get answered by a man who cares. I would highly recommend Adam to all.

We met Adam at a viewing and initially really liked him. We loved that house and ended up putting an offer (highest offer according to him and over the asking price). Adam explained the procedure and described what the next steps were, however we were shocked to find out, that our offer was rejected because there was a higher offer put in at the last minute and was presented to the vendor directly after the deadline (Adam never made that offer known to us, as promised and never gave us a chance to give our maximum offer, which was what he explained like a standard procedure his agency follows). Adam failed at following the right procedures and steps, as they were described by him and has been dishonest about the other buyer’s position as well. Initially he said they were cash buyers and therefore the vendor chose them over us, but later we found out Adam was selling their house too and was getting a double profit out of the sale. After that, we explained our concerns to Adam and he acknowledged his mistakes and apologised , however we missed out on our dream home and as a consequence of his mishandling we still haven’t found a place suitable for us and we wouldn’t recommend his services. This was by far the most traumatic experience we ever had with an agency.

Adam is helping us on our journey to find a home, and he has been exceptional! He is extremely personable, friendly, approachable, and organised! As we are relocating, he has gone out of his way to ensure that he can give us all the information of properties we’re interested in (face timing us at the property and sending us videos), before we commit to travel to the area, which goes above and beyond our expectations! It really does show he genuinely cares and appreciates not wasting our time. He has taken on board all of our ‘wants and needs’ for our property search, and is honest with what will suit us and what won’t, again showing consideration for our time and energy.
We also cannot fault his communication skills - phone calls regularly and emailing.
