Constant turnover of staff, who didn't bother to view the property. Only had 6 viewings. Only offer was from property developer and was £47,500 below Taylors top end valuation. Lost confidence. Remains unsold. Intend to change agents.

When it comes to leaving 5* reviews estate agents aren’t usually the first thing that springs to mind however having used Paul and Luke @ Taylor’s previously for a purchase we knew that they would be the only people we would want to work with when it came to selling again. Paul and Luke are both very professional, friendly and honest and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They sold our house very quickly and when the initial sale fell through they were very proactive and found us another buyer within the week. Paul and Luke deserve a medal for handling the sale of my property in Stony Stratford. It was long and complicated with a couple of lockdowns thrown in for good measure! They remained calm and professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated with weekly phone calls throughout. We’ve just bought our house through Taylors Stony.
Our agent Luke was amazing throughout the whole process. He set up viewings around our work commitments, called clients to get us in to view properties first, always answered my calls and emailed back in a timely manner.
His communication and willingness to go above and beyond without a doubt moved our purchase along hugely. He would chase on our behave, pass on requests and feedback promptly.
The branch partner Paul also helped the process massively, to have a second person at the end of the phone who was always willing to help and make calls to assist the move, helped tremulously.
We will be using Taylors should we look to sell in the future and I would 100% recommend this branch.

We were on the market with another estate agent for 8 months and it was an awful horrible experience and decided to swap. Paul and Luke proved very quickly that they were the right people for the job and were amazing. Super professional, really lovely, honest and helpful throughout. We had numerous viewings and were sold within days. A complicated process afterwards was handled brilliantly by them both and they were always at the end of the phone offering advice and sorting things out for me. Luke even gave me an emergency round trip lift to sort a last minute money transfer out when I was in a pickle. I really can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Selling my house was something that I found stressful I got maybe six quotes, with some valuations I could have sold my property through Gumtree they were so disrespectful but having the support of Taylor’s in Stony Stratford was worth the money in commission terms. Believe me I tried listening to others telling me how much they knew the market, but Luke & Paul are the real jewels in the crown. They respect your wishes, they advise, they keep you extremely well informed. About all it was a partnership, details were precise, updates so frequently delivered that I knew of events before my solicitors did. In the end it was my solicitors who asked me to get some info from Taylor’s as they knew what was happening in real time down the chain. Don’t go anywhere else to try and save money for what ever the colour of the bricks or supposedly local knowledge, you get what you do or don’t pay for and then you will wish that you had listened to Taylor’s. First class, highly supportive and masters of their business.

We recently bought a property with them and wasn't the most attractive experience... To explain a few things: property being sold "chain free" and ends ups having a long chains and we are tied up, meaning no open approach or giving all the information we deserved; from beginning we said we needed 1month notice and asked over and over again for updates, in return they wanted us to complete in 2 weeks time; they send us an email with some furniture the sellers wanted to left behind we said no thanks, but when we moved surprise surprise the furniture was in we contacted the state agents and they said they would come back to us, has been almost a week and no phone call no email, absolutely nothing.

Paul and Luke have been amazing and really helpful from day 1. We were not the easiest of customers, decided to pick Taylors over a number of agents in Milton Keynes based on Paul's customer services and excellent local knowledge. Before we listed we viewed loads of properties in around Denbigh school catchment, MK8 & MK5, everytime we called up agents a good number were awful setting up appointments. 3 houses were with Taylors under Pauls office each time appointments were set up and when they were not available he gave me the options of a private viewing.
When we decided to sell it was an easy option, it was not based on fee's or agent location or who had the most boards in my street. I chose Paul because on basis if my property was on the market, I wanted him to treat my potential buyers with the same great customer services he treated me with.
We sold within 3 weeks in March when we listed, but the property we were buying they were moving into a new home so we moved in August.
Luke was really good as well, made sure all viewing were checked and had good knowledge of our property we sold. Was really punctual and well presented and always gave us feedback within 24 hours
Throughout the whole process, Paul kept tabs on our buyers, their solicitors, my solicitors and the people who we were buying the property off. He effectively managed whole process from start to finish.
Really pleased and a big thank you to Paul and Luke.

I wanted to write a comment about how wonderful Luke, Paul and the team from the Stony Stratford branch of Taylors are.
My father recently sold his house in Stony Stratford for what I believe was a great price, not only that Luke, Paul and the team kept my dad informed through the whole process making it a very smooth process.
My father is elderly and was struggling to get the home packed up, I rang and spoke to the agents and they were on the ball, Luke took the time to go to my fathers house and help with the packing, even taking the stuff to the tip for him. .
I would recommend their services for the professionalism and the kindness this team demonstrated, the whole experience was very impressive.
They went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic service. I would highly recommend using them to sell your home.
