From the start Preya was professional kind and curtious. She took time to get to know the property and informed the viewers of everything they needed to know. She gave me piece of mind when I wasn't there, that the viewers were getting the best from their viewing.
Preeya, always followed up on every viewing. I found Daniel to be extremely helpful, always going above and beyond, he helped me through every step of the sale of my property and also the purchase of my new property. I was very poorly during the whole process and they both made the process easy, keeping me informed at every step. They are both great ambassadors for the company and without them I don't think the sale and purchase would have gone as smoothly as it did. Thank you

I had a bad experience on their books trying to sell 2 years but could be because it was a leasehold property had to change estate agent but although I had a bad experience doesn't mean it's the same for everyone.. definitely need to use your own solicitor though ...

After having problems elsewhere, we found Edward Percival who handled our remortgage and wow, what a difference!
He is super professional, efficient and excels at ensuring you understand every part of the process. We were provided updates throughout as well as being updated with new rates as they dropped so we could get the best deal and save money, Edward really went above and beyond.
Our new mortgage is now in place and the whole process was so simple and smooth since finding with Edward. Thank you for all your help and great service!

Ed Percival (mortgage services partner) is the best.
He went above and beyond at every opportunity and because of his vast knowledge of his sector he was able to help us with every single query we brought to him, and some weren't even directly mortgage related.
He's genuinely brilliant and we're lucky to have found him.
