The agents at Connells were perfectly happy for me to waste money arranging surveys and instructing solicitors on a property they knew was no longer on the market. The owner of the property had made other arrangements and notified the team at Connells. Who, in turn, chose not to disclose that information even though they knew I had arranged for surveys to be undertaken. After numerous phone calls, most of which were ignored, I had to go directly to the owner to discover that the property was no longer available. Needless to say, we will not be using Connells and I would advise others to stay away.

I have dealt with Connells for many years now, initially with lettings and more recently with the Sales Team who are extremely friendly and very helpful.

I have mainly dealt with Adrian and Zoe who are amazing. They are extremely professional and have gone above and beyond to help juggle viewings with tenants in situ. Nothing is too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them.
