The whole Sales team at the Dulwich office were a delight to work with. Both friendly and professional, and communication at all times was very strong. They also were able to get a higher price than we were expecting with a lot fewer viewings, which shows that they have a strong client base on both sides. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

From our initial meeting with Melissa White, Lettings Consultant, through to our moving date and settling into our new home, we have found her service to be nothing short of exceptional. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, she demonstrated key valuable listening skills, patience and solution-based options to ensure our rental process was seamless and that the landlord and us were kept fully informed throughout the process with any developments and, or delays. It goes without saying, that no stone was left unturned with Melissa, with her professional and friendly demeanour she allowed us to feel very much at ease. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Letting’s Consultant in the Dulwich and surrounding areas, Melissa should be your go to person for advice and support. “Best in class for sure”.
As for the landlords to the property we are occupying, they have also been remarkable throughout the process, extremely attentive and available to answer all our queries no matter how big or small and our journey with the Hampton’s office/aftercare service in organising checks, providing details for the property, etc has also been phenomenal, an all round fantastic experience.

Excellent professional service from Callum at Hamptons. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Callum took time to explain the procedures and stages of the sale throughout the process. After two years in a lovely house in Peckham, we regretfully needed to move to a new place before the summer. The search wasn't very encouraging until I stumbled upon what seemed like a dream property in Herne Hill on the Hamptons listings. Although it lacked several elements from our list of minimum requirements, it was still one of the best houses we had viewed. Diana played a crucial role in helping us make a quick decision to rent this house. She was incredibly supportive throughout the process and greatly assisted us in making up our minds.
