If there were a zero star option this would be it. We are looking to rent in Dulwich and obviously would like options and to understand what comes up esp before properties go on Rightmove. What sort of service did we get? A pompous estate agent telling me I was "wasting" everybody's time if my property hadn't yet exchanged and maybe to look for a longer completion time after exchanging. I suppose he must have thought we had no money. Wow, just wow. We are a family who work in the City in legal and PE circles and have never encountered such arrogance. You'd think the agent would have taken down details and put it on the system for upcoming listings, but no just a "waste of time" comment. Well it was definately a waste of my time from this arrogant estate agent who acted and spoke like to me like Im a child.
Despite previously good google ratings which was the only reason why I rang this agency, I will NOT be using this agency at all. Disgraceful.

I’ve rented from various agents in London and Dulwich over the years and it rarely feels like they care. This is not true of Harvey Wheeler. They are a true neighbourhood business who play a role in the community and care about landlords and tenants alike and try to genuinely broker positive relationships. Wesley has been a great partner to our family and, I believe, to his clients whose house we rented. They will have a my business when I decide to sell or let a SE London property.

We rented a property through Harvey & Wheeler and they have been excellent from start to finish. Having relocated from overseas, our situation was not straight-forward, but they supported negotiations and resolving some administrative hurdles so we could move in quickly.
As tenants, the property management team has been really impressive. Communication is excellent and any issues have been dealt with very quickly. They clearly have a strong network of quality tradespeople to maintain the properties they manage.
The level of service and all-round integrity
offered by Harvey & Wheeler is very rare in the London lettings market. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service. All phone calls and emails were promptly responded to. I was greeted by name each time I telephoned, recognising my number, making me feel confident and looked after. I was given sound advice on the condition and appearance the property should be in for both the photography and viewings. I was emailed and texted each time a viewing was arranged, notified which team member would be there and the name of the viewer. I was also debriefed two days later and the feedback was very useful. The entire process went very smoothly and took just two months from accepting the offer to exchange.(Completion was 10 days later at my request) I was updated with progress throughout the process and Harvey & Wheeler guided me through and liaised frequently with my solicitor, leaving me very little to do myself. I can recommend them very highly.

Wow. What an amazing experience I had dealing with Wesley at H&W. I have been using a much larger local agent locally but over the years felt that there no longer was a personal touch so decided to look at H&W. I contacted Wesley who came around the next day and had a look at the property. He gave me some tips on what would be good improvements to make to get it let asap. I proceeded to organise the renovations. Once done Wesley came around and gave me a figure of what we can achieve for the rental. He booked 3 viewings on the same day and we had 3 offers at full asking. What more can a landlord ask for? Wesley is an outstanding estate agent, on the ball and really knows the market well. The service Mell and colleagues provided was superb! Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the market and area, and simply lovely staff to deal with. I was selling having already moved 85 miles away and it was a huge relief to know that in my absence I could leave everything in their more than capable hands.
Estate agents often get a poor press, sometimes with justification, but Harvey & Wheeler are as far from the stereotyped "wide-boy" image as it's possible to be. They delivered everything they offered and much more, with a smile too. Their appraisal and valuation was spot on, to my delight, and I was kept up to date with every development throughout.

The transaction was a complex one with multiple requests and extensive negotiations (including a whole refurbishment project prior to tenancy start!) I was very impressed with Harvey and Wheeler and particularly with Sunitha Bogle. We bought a house in Herne Hill that they were selling. They were working on behalf of the seller but still made sure we were taken care off too and both buyer and seller were very impressed. Buying a house can be complex and we really benefited from the experience of Sunitha, she really pushed for things to move forward and helped us unlock all the issues we came across. She clearly had a lot of experience and drive too which really helped unlocking most issues. She was extremely responsive on emails and was one of the few individuals in the process who was really effective and made things happen for us. I rarely recommend firms or people but definitely a big recommendation here for Harvey and Wheeler and Sunitha. Good to benefit from their experience and great interactions.

Harvey & Wheeler dealt with my sale from start to finish. They sold a specialist Georgian listed house in a very difficult market. I was so impressed with their high level of professionalism. Their photographs were splendid and they all worked together as a team to sell my house. Special thanks to Sunitha who conducted herself with calmness & grace whilst I off loaded my frustration's! Melanie worked hard with arranging viewings phone calls and all the other business connected to selling a house. Wesley''s charming phone manner also Valerie and Pauline had their invaluable input. Last but not least Gareth is to be commended for his team of loyal and highly motivated staff. They are a credit to him.
