Exceptional. I cannot rate Jon Kirby at Hamptons Fleet and the team (especially Davina) highly enough. Although we did not end up purchasing via Hamptons, Sarah Parry was very professional and helpful during our search. Providing guidance and possible properties for us to discuss and view. Should we have brought through Hamptons I am sure she would have provided excellent assistance.

Sarah was very helpful and friendly during all stages of the process, providing frequent updates and doing a good job of conveying information between us and the sellers.

Roni Rachi from Hamptons St Albans has been helping us with the rental of our properties for a number of years now. We have been landlords for a long time and he is definitely the most diligent letting agent we have ever come across. Roni is proactive, thorough and meticulous when it comes to screening and vetting our potential tenants. He takes the initiative to verify their background before presenting the best candidates to us for consideration. Communication is key and Roni always keeps us posted on progress. He makes the whole process of finding a tenant easy for us and ensures all bases are covered right through to check-in. We always feel that we are in safe hands. Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

I wouldn't rent from Holly. I have encountered many estate agents in my life fortunately some still have their humanity and will take each case as it comes. Some are programmed robots who just repeat what they have been told. I am so glad I am a human being with my humanity still in tact. Can't say the same for Holly. So glad I won't be renting from Hamptons. So glad I got to choose a career path that actually contributes to the greater good of humanity.

I honestly can’t recommend Georgina enough. She made the whole process of finding a flat feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and only showed me properties that actually matched my needs—no time wasted.
Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Georgina was always on hand to answer questions, explain things clearly, and keep everything moving smoothly. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place, not just closing a deal.
