From start to finish, the sales team at Hamptons Totteridge were magnificent. My sale was complicated for a number of reasons, but Hamptons kept everything moving forward and were always available for updates and advice. They took all the stress out of the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Hamptons to get a sale closed.

I've rented for 11 years now and one of the biggest issues is the person who brokers your relationship with your landlord. Anna from Hamptons has been my link person for the last year and she's great. Always responds to me and gets things done. She also appreciates that I work hard to be a good tenant and supports that to my (lovely) landlord.

I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.<br><br>The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

My partner and I bought our house through Hamptons with the support of Simon and we couldn’t recommend him enough!<br><br>As first time buyers, his attentiveness and advice was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From the outset Simon gave us our time to deliberate and offered support when we needed it.<br><br>He also played a vital part in keeping the sale moving, from following up with the seller and liaising with both parties solicitors and making sure we had someone looking after our sale if he was unavailable, nothing went forgotten about and nothing was ever made more stressful than it needed to be.<br><br>We feel very grateful to have had such a great estate agent on our team!

Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

We just completed the sale of our Parsons Green property and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Hamptons. Ed and Robert were professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal in a very difficult market. They were persistent and drew on the wider Hamptons network — private office, social media team, international reach — to generate interest in our property. Communication throughout was excellent, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area.
