I can’t recommend Jason and the team at Harbor property highly enough. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills. The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork. The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots. Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything.
