At no point did we feel apprehensive or that we were not in good hands. We dealt with Patricia Farley and Matthew Alexander, both of whom were consummate professionals - always discrete, pleasant to deal with and painstaking in the trouble they were prepared to go to on our behalf. Delighted with the level of service provided by Harding Green, specifically by Sai & Patricia. The huge advantage is as a smaller company you get a bespoke service (having had bad experiences with agents based in "chains"). There was regular, yet non-intrusive communication at all stages, and the team were very helpful guiding me through the process. All the above, however, is the garnishing - first and foremost they found me an trustworthy, sensible buyer in good time.

When I moved to London in early June, I have been very fortunate to receive the advice from a friend to work with Enis for my house hunt. As you will quickly realize, finding a good place to buy or rent in London is extremely difficult, so help from an experienced professional can make a huge difference in making the right choice. In that sense, Enis helped us tremendously. Within a matter of days, we shortlisted the potential apartments that could work for us. Then Enis got us appointments at most of the properties and together with him we visited these properties. Enis’ expertise made a big difference exactly there. He has been able to show us deficiencies or pros of properties that we would otherwise not be able to identify. When we reduced our shortlist to 3 properties in the end, he has shared his objective evaluation of each property to help us make the right decision, which we believe we did. He has also overseen the contract signing process which is very important. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with his experience, professionalism and customer service. I strongly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a place to live in London.

Harding Green recently sold a family property in prime Kensington. They were a thoroughly professional team, and from the outset I was impressed by their engagement, alacrity and all round competence. They clearly have a strong local network, and the property sold quickly, smoothly and within a sliver of the asking price, on a street where volumes have been slow due to overly aggressive price expectations. I would happily use them again and recommend them unreservedly

I highly recommend the estate agents, Harding Green. They have detailed local knowledge and a great deal of experience. Their approach is practical and flexible, and they are excellent at communicating with the client during the sale or purchase process.
I put my house on the market in October, knowing that the present Kensington market is slow at the moment. Nevertheless, as they had predicted, within three weeks they had a purchaser for my house, and at a very acceptable price. Matthew Alexander was the agent in charge of my sale, and I cannot recommend him too highly.
