We offered on a property with them and after it was rejected, Hermione Russell called me to say an investor offered more and asked if I would like to increase my offer as well. I said no and got a call few days later, to my surprise investor pulled out from the sale and my offer was to be considered. We started the buying process, instructed our solicitors and applied for mortgage. A week later another call from Hermione Russell said someone else offered more money and if we consider increasing the amount we could continue. If you don’t want to experience these cheap seller games avoid buying with his company at any cost.... Read more
