We recently completed on a property on the 20/09/2024 after putting offer in, in May and nothing was too big for Aidan or Julie. If we had any questions, they always were answered and super friendly making the process of buying our first home easy. Once we completed, we got sent a lovely little hand painted drawing of our house which was such a personalised experience for us, and something we will keep forever!

In the process of using Harrington Brown to buy a house and despite myself and my boyfriend being the buyer and not the seller, all the staff have been amazing, they have gone out their way to help us and answer any questions we have about the process. I met Lisa at the house for a viewing and she was so lovely and great at answering some questions I had and was happy to wait around while I took measurements. I have also been back and forth emailing James and he has been amazing!! James has right out his way to help us, he is super quick at replying to emails and also answering my many questions! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harrington Brown to anybody selling their home in the area. Their service and customer care was impeccable at every stage. We were so impressed with their approach we didn’t even see any other estate agents, we bought and sold with them - and we definitely made the right choice!
Aidan presented our house beautifully and we had accepted an asking price offer within a day of the house being on the market. They held our hand through all of the expected bumps in the road that come with selling and purchasing a house and were always patient, knowledgeable and responsive.
The icing on the cake though, was the incredibly thoughtful gift and gift box we received when moving in to our new home too.

Harrington Brown have been fantastic from start to finish. Having had a sale fall through the previous year and a bad experience with an online estate agent, I was extremely anxious about selling again. Aidan put me at ease, he was extremely kind, friendly and personable. I cannot fault him or any of the team. We have completed our sale today 9 weeks after it went on the market! Such a lovely family like firm, you won't regret selling with Harrington Brown. I hope I never need to sell a property again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use Harrington Brown.

The valuation was based on a knowledge of the area and understanding of the state of the market, which allowed a realistically ambitious asking price. The property sold in a short space of time.

I chose Harrington Brown as the are a smaller Estate Agents. Previous experience has shown smaller companies offer a more personal experience. Harrington Brown did not dissapoint.
