I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome.
