We have recently used HomeQuest whilst purchasing a property and would highly recommend. Very professional, great communication and always happy to help. The team there have assisted us with finding a Tennant and managing a buy to let property.
They have a vast amount of experience and knowledge regarding the world of buy to let and have been happy to help answering any questions we have had.
Very friendly, independent business. Cannot recommend them enough.

Homequest were a real disappointment. They were slow to reply, slow to act, and over priced work that needed to be done. All management was essentially done by the directors of the property. We have recently changed to a new company and have had more work with them in a month than homequest seemed to achieve in three years, with the outstanding work being sourced for £10 grand less.

We have recently joined homequest. The ladies at the office are extremely friendly and made us feel instantly welcome, they have gone above and beyond, the customer service really is second to none ???? I would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent or buy a property to visit homequest.

Rang on several occasions to try book viewings for a few of their properties. I was told they would call me back on every occasion. In the end I went into the office for the same to be told that when the tenant moved out on a certain property they would call to arrange a viewing. That date has been and gone and still no call. Very unprofessional! I certainly wouldnt want this company managing my house to let out.

Avoid.!!!!!
Kept 700 quid as I did not take up the tenancy. Did a rush job at the very last minute on the clean. Any wonder the landlord kept the money. He obvs didn't see it the night before I was due to move in. Very set in their ways. Can lie through her teeth whilst making full eye contact. Sadly my precious Mam passed away before I could pay her the 700 back as I had to find the same amount again for a clean rental.
Which thank God I found. Terrible attitude. Karma! ????

Same director as 2008. Never kept money? My bank statement tells a different story. I never forget a name or a face!

Homequest is a rental agency with a variety of different properties on their books at various monthly rentals.
They do seem quick in organising small work to be done but unfortunately it does take longer for any big jobs to be organised as they have to first get the property owners permission.

I've just seen an employee of home Quest drive along the pavement like he's above the law. I don't think that it says anywhere in the road traffic act 1934,1988,1991 or 2004 that because you are a letting agent you can totally disregard the law and drive like an PENIS!!! Do you mr Home Quest f I see you do something as dangerous as that again I'll be reporting you to the police, because it was dam right dangerous as its a residential street with elderly and children. You Idiot!!!
