We moved from Canada almost six months ago on July 25th. The home we are renting in Mayfair has had constant repairs from the time we moved in including many repeating leaks and mold. We were not told about the moldy basement when we moved here- we wouldn't have moved into a home with a moldy basement. We cleared most of the moldy smell to find a bad smell in the basement bathroom. That is in progress and should be fixed by Feb 28th. I hope other people don't have to go through this. Its been a very bad experience for us.... Read more
