I can't stand this company. They send me spam mail to my address and call it an invitation. I'm guessing if you give them your details, they will spamming you with letters too. And don't reply to my review and tell me I should REQUEST TO BE REMOVED FROM A MAILING LIST I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR! It's cheap and desperate, and frankly rude. I get tonnes of spam mail from companies like this and it's time consuming for me to chase after each and every one of them.
I have emailed and called many times to be removed but they still send spam mail.

KnightFrank constantly spams our building with unsolicited/not requested mail, trying to get customers to sell via them. It’s very unprofessional and cringe for a business that establishes itself as a luxury estate agent. Stop sending us mail, we don’t want it.

We have just used Knight Frank’s Mayfair office to sell a residential building in Saint James. George Simpson led the sales process and was highly professional throughout. This was a complicated transaction involving three duplex apartments combined with a corporate element. George worked hard in communicating difficult concepts between buyer, seller and the legal teams and certainly helped facilitate the transaction. The overall process was led by Simon Burgoyne, who had been involved with the project for over a number of years, and his depth of knowledge certainly helped the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank, particularly if you end up with the dream team of Simon and George working on a transaction.

We have just purchased a flat where George Simpson was the selling agent. George was incredibly professional, helpful and really nice to deal with but most importantly kept me regularly updated throughout the transaction and went above and beyond to solve any hurdle that arose. He had great contacts that we used on the surveying and legal front, who were willing and able to work at his pace and to his deadlines, whilst still providing clear and helpful advice. In short the transaction would not have happened in the timescale it did without George’s constant perseverance. I would definitely instruct him when I come to sell.

We have used Knight Frank to find my next flat - I was in a very busy area and it really did not suit the purpose that I needed it too. Hindsight is sometimes 20/20.
Our letting agent, Rosie Waters has been completely helpful with adapting my Mum and I throughout this process. Once we found a flat, I immediately started the process to acquire it to ensure we did not lose it. Which was only supported through Rosie's hard work. Working at a family office, I have a lot of exposure to disposal agents in Central London. Simon Burgoyne's knowledge of Mayfair, transactional experience, combined with his work ethic & pragmatism sets him apart from others.
Simon is very solution driven and has an excellent way of communicating with people, he will talk to a person in the street in the same manner that he would talk to a CEO of multinational corporation. Simon has also mastered the rare art of achieving good a outcome for both sides of the negotiating table, even under hostile circumstances. I’ve dealt with plenty of brokers and frankly was put off using them after so many bad experiences. Mark Johnson restored my faith in brokers as he genuinely understood my needs, was unbelievably honest which was so refreshing, and he communicated with me exactly how and when I wanted.

In particular, George Simpson negotiated an excellent price for us, and did an outstanding job keeping everyone on track to get the sale through before the June 2021 stamp duty deadline. George was always available, explained things clearly and directly, and was very professional at all times.
Before selling the flat, we rented it out, also through Knight Frank. The company also performed exceptionally in this role.

Useless branch for maintenance after you rent an apartment. Avoid. Every broker has access to the same properties. Now they are holding back my entire deposit over £25,000 since end November, despite we only have an issue over £2,000 ????
If you scroll through 161 reviews you will see, that 126 are from people, who have done this single review only. Probably friends and family.
71 days is how long it took Knight Frank to arrange a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do. Never again.

Chelsea in Mayfair office was a different type of agent in my experience in my search in London. She is well organized but not force selling. she was very understanding during some tricky moments throughout the transaction and helped to make sure everyone was on the same page. Fast response and easy to deal with. We managed to exchange within 1 month of offer agreement, which could be even faster if seller lawyer was not on holiday...
We not just bought a place to invest but a truly unique place to enjoy a classic London life. Overall, would recommend to our friends. Would come back to KF by the time we move to our next property.

Jenna and the rest of the team reinvigorated the sales process with lots of positive energy in a difficult and sluggish market.
The weekly written feedback on all viewing was insightful and gave us confidence that we were being well looked after.
Jenna’s considered advise on which of two offers to accept was helpful and she was very proactive in getting contracts exchanged with a smooth and swift completion.

In regards to the service experience. To be completely honest, it was very good from the start to the end. Hence, I would not say I have anything major to criticise.
I would like to say what was good though, which was a feeling of continual progress during the process; there was no feeling of stop/start for myself.
Fast email response and calls, even though sometimes you were out of the office. You called back quickly.
When I came into Knight Frank to sign off the contract and you were away from the office, the other staff were decently informed of what was happening, so they just picked up from where you left off.
Something that your sister did really well though was explain her flat in detail, it was a long time ago, however she went through the flat very thoroughly which made me feel like there were not going to be any surprises. I used 4 agencies to help me find a place and for 2 of them, there agents were just plain lazy and unhelpful.
Generally speaking, I had to move in very quickly and that is why I am grateful as you were very efficient. I felt like my side was the one holding back the process, which means that you worked faster than me (who was desperate to move in, which is very telling). This is also a big positive for the experience.
Lastly, this is not in your control, I am guessing, but maybe it would have been slightly easier if either we sent the money to the right place.. Or Knight Frank can send the money to the landlord. I have talked to my parents, who rent out apartments and they say that some agencies do transfer money to the landlord. It is not a major thing, as ultimately it was us who sent the money to the wrong place, but worth having a look at.
