Hatch Batten have been excellent throughout the whole process from initial valuation to confirming the sale and following progress
They have a v good knowledge of the local area and market
They carried out all the viewings , other than where potential buyers wanted a 2nd viewing
They have a number of experienced staff who know their job very well - courteous and obliging at all times

Stunningly good service. Our house was shown to prospective buyers by these guys while we were away. They conducted loads of viewings and the house sold within 11 days! Completion took a bit longer but, unlike other reviewers, we understood what was within the control of these extremely professional estate agents, and what was beyond their remit. I cannot recommend these estate agents highly enough!

Definitely the worse experience buying the third house in my life. After agreement confirmed by email and already started the process with my advisor and keeping constant contacts with the guys in the office I received a call saying that the propriety has been given to another buyer. I didn't get any reasonable justification on that.
Very unprofessional staff and consequently unreliable company.
Attached the email sent to my wife:
Dear Mrs Malets,
We have now heard back from the company selling the property.
They are happy to accept your offer but only on the basis that we complete in September. I appreciate this is hard for you to commit to and it may be worth waiting to see when you have a more definitive answer on your sale in Italy before you commit to the September completion.
I look forward to hearing from you.
