Laura reached out to me to help me with mortgage advice. I made it clear that I am trying to get the whole AIP process complete as soon as possible as there is already a property I would like to purchase from Bairstow Eves. Laura was great with communication initially but was extremely slow with the research process as she would say she’s too busy or would be away on holiday. She didn’t attend our last meeting with no prior notice or apology after. She asked to set up a meeting a week later and when I asked what the timeline will be, she didn’t reply to the email and has been no contact since.
