A couple of years ago when we were looking at renting, we viewed a place with Parry's. They were quick to dismiss us, and then when we said we'd like to apply they wanted our age to give to the landlord, I mentioned that I didn't understand why age mattered (I was 23, I had the same job since 19), and the member of staff quickly got rude and hostile towards me. Would never consider viewing any properties with this company again.

The house we purchased was for sale via Parrys in Monmouth. The agents have been communicative and helpful throughout, and just generally nice to deal with. Can't fault them!

Considering the Corona19 restrictions, Parrys responded promptly to our request for a visit to our building plot with a view handling the sale. They have been professional in all our dealings with them and the plot sold very quickly.

Extremely disappointed with the Lettings department of Parrys in Monmouth.
Completely overpromised and underdelivered. After a number of viewings and building what I thought was a rapport with the letting agent and a lot of promises, I never heard back from her again. This was regarding a landlord decision on an offer and viewing a property she had told me would be suitable for my family and I. A very disappointing experience with Parrys Lettings.

After some very realistic advice of what we needed and some patience waiting for the right property to come up - I'm glad to say I am now officially on the ladder.
