Steve Gooch Estate Agents has been established since 1985, opening our first office in Newent. Since then we have grown to a network of 4 offices (Newent, Gloucester, Coleford and Mitcheldean) specialising in Residential Sales; a firm of Surveyors & Valuers, a Mortgage Advice Bureau as well as Lettings & Property Management covering Newent, Gloucester, the Forest of Dean and also the Herefordshire borders to provide you with a complete service. We pride ourselves on offering a professional and friendly service, based very much on the old traditional values and principles of the highest standard of customer service; coupled with the most up to date computerised methods which mean we have many Clients returning again and again.

I cannot even express how amazing these people are! They have genuinely taken every step to make our journey possible. From day one, looking at the house, offer accepted it was unbelieveable customer service. I cannot thank Alex, Sarah and the team for what they have done for us. I have to give a special mention to Sarah, sometimes i would call muliple times a day (crying or not)as our solicitors weren’t being very good- in my honest opinion this would not have happened without her! Nothing was too much for her and she was genuinely so happy when we finally moved in- i honestly could not recommend them enough! In this line of business it’s easy to feel like a number, like you don’t matter- but that was never the case!! I don’t consider Sarah as a sales person, she is my friend who has worked so hard with me to finally achieve my family’s dream!! We sold our house using Steve Gooch in Coleford, after having no success with a previous estate Agent. Alex did the initial inspection and photos and did a great job advertising the house and pushing sales through. Rhys did a fabulous job showing potential buyers around the property But we were blow away with Sarah, her customer service was second to none. She did an amazing job chasing our solicitor, keeping our buyer happy and chasing our seller’s solicitor to push the sale through before our mortgage offer ran out. She kept us in the loop every couple of weeks or when needed and did all she could to make it come together. So if you have a property to sell I 100% recommend Steve Gooch... Read more
