Amelia & her team have been second to none! Absolutely amazing from start to finish, answering the phone promptly, responding to emails, & generally offering support. They sold my house in less than a week of going on the market and the sale was completed from start to finish within 5 months! Mine was not the easiest sale at all and these guys corresponded with my solicitors as well as those up/down the chain to push things along. Avoid this agency for buying your property. They fail to declare asbestos or illegal extensions, and lie about anything they can about the property to make a sale. There is no one ever in the office. When we had a survey scheduled on the property once our original offer had been accepted, they were rushing us to proceed quickly throughout this whole process and instruct our solicitors to exchange contracts. Upon the survey report, we offered 10% less than original offer which was declined. Even 5% less was declined. They did not answer any queries from the survey report and blamed the survey company that they would pick stuff out even on new builds (this was very much not a new build).... Read more
