Relocating to area, so difficult to make trips to the area. Tried to make appointments to view two properties, unfortunately poor communications to confirm.
Eventually tried to re-schedule due to work commitments, but no staff available on Friday.
So when suggested my wife viewed on her own on the original day this was not allowed, told viewing could only be done as a couple.
Glad I'm not selling with them!!

I accept almost everything in your reply and appreciate that in your line of business you are dealing with large volumes of messages and instructions which can lead to, at times, misunderstandings and poor communications beyond your control.
However to be told that veiwings were only allowed, in our case, by husband and wife was not a misunderstanding.

A very efficient, helpful and friendly estate agent. Unlike most agents, they are not pressuring and very approachable. Very knowledgable with the local area and a nice independent agent. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wasted 4 months plus all my money and efforts in house purchase by HIDING THE CHAIN in the property till I requested a completion date. Feeling cheated by both the agents and the seller. Highly unprofessional.

Excellent estate agent who we have used for 2 sales and a purchase over the last 12 years. We felt we gained a very personal service as a client where we had direct and trusted contact with the owners. In the office Carol is simply brilliant at holding a chain together even in the most difficult of circumstances!

I was hoping to view a house which I was in a position to act on immediately if I liked it. The agents at Hillier and Wilson were so rude that I ended up hanging up in exasperation. I have no idea how they are in business and will not attempt to view a house with them again.
