I sold my flat using Cuffley Banks after an awful experience with Purplebricks. I was desperate to sell and it was at a time when the market was incredibly slow. I could not have asked for a better service from Pawan, from marketing, to communication right through to completion he did everything he could. Cuffley Banks are incredibly professional, and I would highly recommend their services.
Pawan has been genuinely helpful and went over and beyond to help me with the property.
I had previously dealt with one of the biggest names in the estate agents industry. Unfortunately, I was just a number to them, and they were only interested in the commission. I found this with some other large local estate agents, too.
I have had great service right from the beginning with Pawan at Cuffley Banks.

Cuffley Banks' professional team have been very helpful in selling our house. Every step was well-planned and promptly executed from the outset. The photographers they hire are skilful and on time, creating a portfolio of the house that is in accordance with the legal requirements of the trade. Their marketing strategy and advice were great in my opinion. From the time their agent visited us in our house to the time we handed the keys to him, he was in contact with us upadating the information and procedures, reassuring us about the next steps. The agent's impressive communicative skills helped us and the buyers stay on top of the deal and clarify every legal step within the agreed deadlines. Cuffley Banks played a crucial role in mediating between us and the buyers to keep the line of negotiation open while we were waiting for both party's solicitors complete the documents.
