I am a house buyer who just completed a house purchase with the help of Pawan from Cuffley Banks. Throughout the 2.5 months start to end process I have known Pawan to be a very helpful and pleasant person to communicate with and professional throughout. A few things that stood out for me as a first time house buyer unfamiliar with the process:
a) I wanted the nice looking and well maintained furniture in all the rooms and he negotiated with the Seller to include all in for a steal!
b) He will follow up with me at the right intervals during the process especially when I needed help and advice on how and when to progress things further
c) At my request he arranged with Seller for my visit to the property on day before exchange date so I can do last checks and get useful advice on how to run and maintain the house
If you need a good agent who can partner with you and knows how things are professionally accomplished and expedited I cannot recommend Pawan highly enough.

I chose this local estate agent based on the professionalism and businesslike manner of Pawan Sharma.Although my property was finally sold via another agent I would not hesitate to recommend Cuffley Banks to any local property buyers or sellers.
As a small company with very good local knowledge you will receive helpful, sound and unbiased advice throughout.Communication was very good and they were particularly good at indicating who were the "serious" buyers from the many "viewers" You will receive a very much better service than some of the much bigger estate agent chains.
