Myself and my husband have recently had the pleasure of buying our first house through Hinchliffe Holmes and we received a fantastic service throughout the buying process. Nothing was ever too much of a hassle and no question was too silly. We were in close contact with Clayton who showed us around the house with a bright smile and helpful attitude. I must've sent Clayton what feels like 50 emails throughout the buying process and not once did I get the impression that I was asking too many questions. Clayton and the team at Hinchliffe are outstanding at what they do, they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to be supportive. I'll recommend Hinchliffe to my friends and family who are buying and selling properties. Thank you so much!

House sold after 1 week of being on the market and completed in 14 weeks. Great communication esp love the whats app group as it means messages can be received quicker. Credit to Clayton and Charlotte, nothing was too much trouble and any queries were always answered promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Hinchcliffe Holmes if selling your property.

Such a fantastic experience with Hinchcliffe Holmes. Advertised my home earlier than expected at my request and had no issues.. sold my property after 1 week qell above asking price. Communication via whats app group was amazing as it meant messages could be sent and read quickly. Would highly recommend Josh and his team

We recently sold our home with Hinchliffe Holmes after moving from another agent who unfortunately let us down with poor communication, and the difference was night and day.
From start to finish, their part of the process was seamless. Communication was excellent throughout. We were always kept informed, updated promptly, and given great advice whenever needed. The team were professional, proactive, and genuinely great to work with.
Their support during the final stages before completion was above and beyond. We experienced some difficulties with one party in our chain of five, and they went above and beyond to help keep everything moving and get back on track. They chased everything on our behalf, kept us reassured during all the stress, and played a huge part in getting the sale over the line on time!
We honestly couldn’t fault the service and would 100% recommend Hinchliffe Holmes to anyone buying or selling a property.

Lovely team but I felt they were working for the buyer rather than myself. I didn’t feel there was adequate negotiation on my behalf. I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.
