If There is an option for negative star i would have given -ive 5 for this cowboy agent.They are one of the worst Estate Agent in Blackpool. They normally doing commercial properties and do not provide details of the property when listing it. As Estate Agents are the first and only contact for getting the details it is crucial to provide details . The person normally contacting would be Jonathan Derbyshire and is arrogant on phone and of no use (what else can expect from ex military man.). If you are foreigner they are arrogant and hard to deal with them even though you provide the proof of fund and highest on offer. They would try to sell the property to native people.... Read more

Been in a flat for 2 years never missed a payment but between this company and my landlord they refused to repair or fix any issues I have. The list they should be fixing are all listed on the citizens advice list. The main point of contact is Jonathon and refuse to pick up calls and even in emergencies blocks calls at weekends even when there is excrement flooding my back garden ?????... Read more

Kay’s have been managing my property for 2 years and since day one I have received excellent service from them. Mr. Jonathan and Kate and all the team members are very responsive and return all calls. Kay’s have provided excellent management service and handled every matter promptly and efficiently. I thank Mr. Jonathan for attending the property and resolving any issues and problems promptly even during Covid-19 crises. Rents have been paid promptly on time.
