Dear Rob and Simon Zara and I would just like to personally thank you both and your precious team of wonderful professionals at Hollands Smith for all your time and bucket loads of patience and answering our novice questions and all the hand holding, directing and navigating us along all our many twists and turns, the highs and the lows, the ups and downs of our journey to finally selling 412. It has been a very stressful, anxiety provoking, challenging and frustrating time for us both but thanks to you all we finally made it. Hopefully exciting times lie ahead of us now and we will get to move into our new home and start again. Hopefully we will not need to sell a house ever again, but if the matter does arise we would not hesitate to instruct you. We will always recommend you to loved ones who need such a service.
