We used Homed:In as we were referred by friends who said they were good. I have to say I have been impressed from the start with the customer service from James and his team. Especially with how he puts himself out, regardless of the time of day with WhatsApp support available 24/7. I have to say, with regards to their services, James also is helping us to buy our next house (talking to estate agents, solicitors and even removals) and it goes without saying that this is invaluable and the other agents we contacted did not offer this as part of their package. We have only been up for sale for 6 days In what is a very challenging time (Jan 2024) and market and he set up 7 viewings and we have now sold, he even negotiated with the buyer without us knowing and improved their offer offer considerably. Completely and absolutely a total pleasure to work with, very informative throughout and James puts no pressure on you as a seller or give you any of the classic estate agent waffle that some people have suffered with.
