This has been a difficult market with current high interest rates making mortgages hard to come by. However, James has managed to keep a stream of viewers coming in, he has updated marketing materials frequently to keep it fresh, including re-photographing as he saw fit and even helping me move furniture around. When I got a buyer he managed to negotiate their first offer up to full asking price before I got involved. James has also offered to get involved with negotiations on my purchase. James is a good bloke, easy going and easy to talk to. I'm sure that his personality has helped in impressing potential buyers. James also has contacts in related professions and has helped in securing a solicitor to take care of the conveyancing. Using James has kept the business of selling my house stress free!... Our journey was a fairly long one. Just over 5 months and 2 weeks since we had our offer accepted. It was frustrating at times. But throughout the process James at Homed:In was always calm and reassuring. He got hands on towards the end (which was very much appreciated) and was speaking to both our (the buyers) and the sellers solicitors to help move things along, as we were on a strict timeline due to getting our son into a new school. We used Homed:In as we were referred by friends who said they were good. I have to say I have been impressed from the start with the customer service from James and his team. Especially with how he puts himself out, regardless of the time of day with WhatsApp support available 24/7. I have to say, with regards to their services, James also is helping us to buy our next house (talking to estate agents, solicitors and even removals) and it goes without saying that this is invaluable and the other agents we contacted did not offer this as part of their package. We have only been up for sale for 6 days In what is a very challenging time (Jan 2024) and market and he set up 7 viewings and we have now sold, he even negotiated with the buyer without us knowing and improved their offer offer considerably. Completely and absolutely a total pleasure to work with, very informative throughout and James puts no pressure on you as a seller or give you any of the classic estate agent waffle that some people have suffered with.
