Advertised my property well, found viewing and an offer very quickly. Only slight issue is they send text messages to me but it’s a no reply phone number so am unable to acknowledge or respond easily.

My husband and I recently had a house viewing accompanied by Anne. She had incredible knowledge of the area, gave us lots of tips and handed us little local newsletters and booklets which contained a great amount of contacts/groups/clubs for everything in the area. Anne herself was well presented, had such enthusiasm and was just all round great.
We've also been communicating so well with Julie in the office, who has also been great with local recommendations and information. So far, we're very impressed with Cubitt and West Southwater :)

We had a great experience with this estate agency whilst searching for a property in the Horsham area. Commication from Julie in the office was swift and professional, always following up on viewings and listening to our needs. Anne was a pleasure to view properties with, her knowledge of Southwater and enthusiasm about all it has to offer was invaluable to us as we are not from the area. She certainly went above and beyond to assist us which we were grateful for. Though we ultimately chose a property via another agency and in Horsham town, we would recommend this agency to anyone seeking a property in Southwater.

I recently had my hone valued by Oliver, as it's the first place I've ever sold I didn't really know what I was doing and had lots of questions. Oliver was kind, patient, understanding and really supportive. Unfortunately I decided to wait a little while to sell, and felt no guilt or pressure from him to change my mind. Absolutely Fantastic and will definitely be coming back in 6 months or so when I sell!
