I recently had my hone valued by Oliver, as it's the first place I've ever sold I didn't really know what I was doing and had lots of questions. Oliver was kind, patient, understanding and really supportive. Unfortunately I decided to wait a little while to sell, and felt no guilt or pressure from him to change my mind. Absolutely Fantastic and will definitely be coming back in 6 months or so when I sell!

We bought a flat through Cubitt & West Southwater and the team were absolutely excellent throughout the process. We managed to complete within 8 weeks of first viewing the property. I had to chase our solicitor to get the deal over the line and it was quite stressful at times, but there were never any delays from C&W and they were always on hand for advice. Dionne, Leanne, Julie and Emma were all so helpful and professional. I'd definitely sell/buy through them again and recommend to others. Many thanks - we love the flat!

Right from our initial conversations with Leanne and Julie, we found them to be enthusiastic, proactive and optimistic. Once instructed, a buyer was found very quickly and although our main point of contact was then Emma (who kept a close eye on the sales progression), we were always able to get to speak to Leanne at times of uncertainty and with things that needed action or clarification. Phone calls were always returned promptly and conversations were always honest and clear. Thank you to all the team at Southwater.

Highly recommended! We came to this branch for help to sell our late parent's home after moving from poor service with a different agent in the area.
They went above and beyond to help and understand our situation. Leanne and the team are absolute pros! We can't recommend them highly enough!
Having never sold a property before, we had plenty of questions which they were always happy to answer.
We would certainly use them again if selling or buying in the area.
