I have too much to review about this company, I still can't believe my luck that I accidently found them on Rightmove. The first time I was on the phone with Mani, he made me feel trusted straight away. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past, but he won me on the first chat, and his work has outdone every agent I have used. The transaction lasted more than 6 months, due to unexpected issues with the property, It had been such an exhausting process. From day one, Mani has been so proactive on finding the information, updating me on the latest progress, never missed a call, it was like talking to my psychologist, I was so depressed during the whole process, but he made me feel restful and he is working his hardest to help me. The sale was completed just one day before the first lock down. Mani and along with his other two colleagues , Gary and Louigin, these guys are incredibly professional, caring and hardworking, I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with property in the area. They will exceed your expectations in every way. After all, I haven't met them yet, I live far away, but I promised once the lockdown is over I will pop in to thank them in person. We've been tenants via Advancing Property for a year and they have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Bedford. They've been quick to deal with and fix any minor issues we've had - even back in November when we had trouble with our heating and Garry came out late on a Friday evening to help us sort it. Purchased my second property from Advancing 30/4/20. Advancing on both occasions have been terrific, Luigi has been magnificent, approachable, cooperative. From the very first phone call Luigi was very thorough , he even showed how the appliances work , his interpretation is excellent , very humble person. He was never pushy , always said “when your ready sir” , his very knowledgeable, Luigi however is very prompt with his answers . I had to take time to decide whether to purchase now or 6 months later , Luigi said “you have to do what is best for your family” this shows being a salesman or getting the sale over the line was not the most important thing for him but what is best for me . Very good morals ! Advancing should try to keep Luigi and tie him down to a better contract , trust me he goes the extra mile , i hardly did anything he communicated to seller & buyer solicitors and interpreted everything i wanted done . I will be recommending Advancing , but Advancing need to keep hold of this young man , he will bring in more customers thorough the door . Luigi wrote down and also sent me a text message about the appliances i.e main switch etc even after the sale Luigi definitely has mechanical knowledge . Thanks LUIGI !!!... Read more

We are first time buyers and have recently bought a property via Luigi at advancing property. I cannot put into words how fantastic luigi was. Considering he wasn't working for us, he gave us quotes for solicitors and home buyer surveys. He chased our mortgage company for us. He even helped with our buildings and contents insurance as we had no idea what we were doing! Nothing was too much trouble. I could've rang him at any time and he would've answered and helped us. Really want to rate Advancing Property for all to see. Tuesday morning I discovered my boiler was not working, by Friday they have arranged and had fitted an entirely new boiler, meaning we only went without hot water for three days. This is pretty standard for them, whenever there is an issue they sort it very quickly and are always very professional. Landlords, you will know your property is in good hands. I have been a landlord for over 7 years and thought I knew the game well however Advancing property were able to provide better guidance leaning on their wealth of market knowledge. There were no hidden cost or lots of hidden add ons which was common place with the other agents. My dealing with Advancing property started over the Xmas period where we put a strategy together on when was the best time to put the property to market this was just before New Years. The demand was high and so Advancing property was answering the phone even out of hours. The marketing they carried out on my property brought much higher demand for my property as opposed to putting in an advert in the local paper myself (which is what I used to do). The quality of potential tenants was much higher as they had to go through credit checks etc. I had 18 viewings which required Advancing property to have viewings for over half a day, for the initial few viewings I was fortunate to be around and was very impressed by the way they were carried out to the point I left Advancing property to carry out the remaining viewings in the comfort that they knew exactly what was needed, all the people booked turned up which was great and believe it or not – not one was late. Once the viewing were complete and a candidate was chosen a full snagging list was carried out listing defects and items that would remain with the property – this was fed back in a report document signed by all parties, along with the thorough tenancy agreement that contain items I had never thought of. Advancing property really did excel in my opinion, they were extremely competitive and I don’t think the other agents could have topped the experience I had.... Read more
