Upon vacating the property, they kept me waiting for two months before advising they intended on keeping my security deposit. They were dishonest about the source of a leak in order to achieve this. Avoid at all costs!

Frank innes have been excellent so far as I have just moved out and started renting my own flat. I hadn’t seen the property in person but the video tour that was provided was excellent and when I arrived the property looked even better than in the videos, I was very pleased. Avoid lettings with this company. Have been without hot water since January, we are now in March. They don’t seem to think this is a problem. Shocking service. Wouldn’t be so bad in warmer weather but we are still in the colder months. Sent contractors who didn’t know where Loughborough is and didn’t turn up. Had four visits for people to ‘look’ at the tank and not actually done any repairs.
Like to turn up at your home and let themselves in without permission as well. Steer clear.
Will try and keep your deposit too despite looking after a place like it was your own for many years.

I have had a terrible experience renting my property out with Frank Innes in Loughborough. Their poor property checks missed thousands of pounds of damage that my tenant had caused. My bad tenant had removed kitchen wall cupboards and put them in the cellar to go mouldy, had painted all the downstairs walls, kitchen units and original pine doors grey. He'd rigged up his own unsafe electrical cables to wall mounted TVs and a tumble dryer in the cellar where there is zero ventilation. Windows and doors were damaged and the entire property was filthy and covered in animal faeces.
On check out - also overseen by your team - the tenant left vast quantities of rubbish and belongings. Every single cupboard was full and the garden was also overgrown with sofas and tables dumped in it. I called the office - they said it was now my issue to sort it as the tenant was already gone.
I further spoke and emailed with Frank Innes staff members Naomi and manager Martin about the shocking property visits that they BOTH performed but they do not care. After waiting two weeks for Martin to come back to me, he simply said the state my property was left in was "very disappointing". He has also not replied to my further correspondence. Truly appalling.

Asked Martin and Dan several times to call back but didn’t , this despite getting offer for sale of property , use cowboy mates local electrical installer , advertised rental at actual half rate of actual rental despite several emails , get attitude when calling , want monies upfront for any remedial work , still no call from Martin the sales manager , normal no care profit interested only organisation .

What started as a positive experience has descended into a farce so updating my initial 5 star review to a 1 star. Emily was great when setting up my tenancy but I am now getting zero help and support at end of tenancy with my deposit being held hostage after returning the keys 3 weeks ago. Seriously fed up with the continuous chasing and poor service and will not be using again in the future on this basis.

1 star for Frank Innes and -1 for Countrywide due to poor rental house management. We reported mould on external walls several times, but it was never addressed; when we left the house, our deposit was deducted for this; dust on skirting boards which is under the paintwork from when we moved in; Carpet discoloration was picked up on, the carpets are well over 5 years old and were well worn and dirty when we moved in 2.5 years ago, certain Loughborough staff are rude on the phone and should not be in a customer service role. Countrywide employee Sara John informed us via email of a £200 deduction from the deposit; we responded via email on August 18th, which was not acknowledged or responded to; we followed up with another email on August 23rd, which was also ignored; we were asked for agreement on deductions, but when questioned, we were completely ignored. This appears to be a common theme of behaviour on Trustpilot and other review sites. Frank Innes and Countrywide have been by far the worst over the last ten years of renting various houses and never having a deposit deducted.

Not very helpful, didn’t know important things about the property, such as where the electricity box is located. Also felt like things were hidden from us, such as blinds being broken. Sent us links to services we didn’t need such as electricity direct debit which caused a lot of mess that we had to clean up because they didn’t know we are on a prepayment meter. The list goes on. Personally I wouldn’t use them again. It would definitely turn me off a property if it was with them.

These people are disgusting they have kept a Deposit of £190 from my Daughter who tried hardest to rent a property but due to so many different obstacles couldnt do anything than walk away from trying any longer. How things are at the moment that money could of been used towards a good cause but NO you robbed this from a hard working person. Shame on you. Would like to know where this money has gone because it would of been deducted from the rent if had all gone ahead.

Absolute horrible experience with this estate agents. We rented a property through them, however when repairs was needed such as the boiler breaking down, they took too long to come and fix it! And to top that off it was the middle of winter amd we had a newborn. Not happy at all, nobody wanted to listen to the problems with the house and help us!

Awful service. Took my holding deposit of £219 on the basis of 6 months tenancy with the 6 month upfront. Then asked if I could pay 12 months upfront wth! then asked for gurantor details. Very stressful. The reference checks did not go through and refused refund. Although I pulled out, the gurantor check did not go through and I feel i should of been refunded as there was no need for a gurantor if its a 6 month tenancy. The manager is abrupt and unfriendly. Would not recommend this agent. Please clarify everything before paying the holding deposit because she wont!

He understood that for me good communication was one of the most important aspect of relationship between letting agency and tenants. Frank and Innes have been very prompt and respectful in their communication. I also want to thank Sandra for being professional and prompt in her communication as well. They have addressed all my concerns promptly and I had no issues moving into my property. I would definitely recommend them if you are coming to Lougborough.

Woman I spoke to didn't care at all about the bizarre situation we find ourselves in. Basically we are buying a house but have been told we need to wait six months before it becomes available. Our notice is up in two weeks in the house we are currently renting, they have sold the house, and so we have to leave. I have been searching for a property that allows pets in Loughborough for weeks and there is just never anything. I rang around various agents today and the woman I spoke to at Frank Innes was by far the most rude and cared the least too. For this reason I would recommend people avoid this agency.
She even told me that she owned a dog herself, I wanted to ask her what she would do with her dog if she found herself in my position, unfortunately she hung up on me before I could ask. I wonder what her response would have been. Would she give up her dog? I doubt it.
I have had my cat for the last 15 years, there is no way I am giving him up! However I also have two toddlers to worry about, what am I supposed to do? Who knows? Who even cares?

We recently rented a family property through Frank Innes but have faced a series of issues - poor quality renovation work, house was not cleaned properly, inventory was largely incorrect, and so on, and little responsibility was taken by them due to all of the above being outsourced to third suppliers. Would not recommend!

Absolutely abysmal service, Emily Heinzman told me that with this agency your holding fee is non refundable even if you fail your referencing and apparently she has never heard of being refunded if the landlord chooses to not rent to you. She claims to have 10 years of experience but was unaware of this and says she has never heard of it. A very rude lady with an agressive manor who claims to be a professional, she behaved like a child over the phone to a customer who was just looking for information absolute terrible excuse for a professional and when challenged on her behaviour began to label me as “patronising”. Stay far away from this agency until she is no longer there or she has been punished for this abysmal behaviour.

From start to finish the team at Frank Innes Loughborough were excellent. They were brilliant looking after us with the marketing our house and Charlotte in particular was fantastic when doing our viewings. She totally took the stress away from us and put us at ease. Finally after the 5th yes 5th visit from an engineer it has been fixed. When contacting countrywide or frank innes they don’t seem to care or think that is an issue that is has taken such a ridiculously long time. Avoid renting or letting your property with this company.

I rented a property through Frank Innes at a time when COVID was making things very difficult. I was moving from the south coast to the midlands for work, and at a time when things were a bit stressful, Emily at Frank Innes was efficient and friendly and took a massive weight off my mind. Any questions I had were dealt with within 24 hours and the move went smoothly. She will definitely be my first port of call if I need to move again.

Absolutely amazing. The agent assigned was Charlotte Tedds who went beyond what was her responsibility as an agent, both chasing up and relaying messages from my solicitors NBM whom were unresponsive to most forms of communication. I would definitely recommend using Frank Innes Loughborough based upon my own experience with Charlotte. My experience as a first time buyer was unique, in that for various reasons it took just over a year to get to completion, but if I had any questions (even stupid ones) Charlotte and her colleagues had no problem explaining things and being sure I was happy with what these things meant.

Steer clear. They don’t respond to emails. Never return calls. Quoted 8-10 weeks for sale to go through, no chain cash buyer, took over 7 months and no valid reason for delay. Recommended their legal services who would update at every stage, again did not return calls or answer emails. Very poor in every aspect especially customer service, pick any alternative to sell your home or to purchase with, literally could not be a worse estate agent out there

The company seem to operate under their own rules when it comes to handing back holding deposits and pull clauses from their referencing document as to reasons why they will not give information back- this is even after referencing is sucessfully completed. Holding deposits are also requested and paid before any documentation is sent over to you or signed for.
They do not appear to comply with the new model tenancy agreement and then punish applicants later down the line for honest disclosures when issues are spotted within the contract.
They are difficult to speak with, refuse to answer calls and you need an appointment to visit them - their shop is not open to the public. I can see from other recent reviews that it seems other people have had similar issues with a female in the shop from the Lettings side. I wonder if this a problem with a power hungry individual or a systemic company problem.

As others have mentioned, there is an incredibly rude lady at this branch.
Two years ago I moved into my property. When I visited the branch to enquire, I was treated quite poorly. The lady in branch was patronising and I was made to feel uncomfortable. I was looked down on, which I assume was because of my choice of weekend attire. When we spoke financials, she then changed her tone. This is not professional.
At the end of my tenancy, there were also some small details I needed assistance with, which could have been quite easily dealt with.
I had the pleasure of speaking with her again. She had no intentions to help, as if my existence was purely an inconvenience on her life. She was raising her voice and being aggressive towards me, for no reason. I am rarely left speechless.
I will be raising an official complaint about the manner of which the staff feel that they can speak with their clients. This is not acceptable, by any means.
The bonus is that your tenancy is managed by countrywide, who are professional and are efficient if there are ever any emergencies. We had a heavy downpour which leaked through the roof. I advised countrywide and within hours, there was a contractor at the property. I also had a fantastic landlord.

Very disappointed with choosing Frank Innes to sell out house. They seemed so professional when they came to quote and the house pictures looked amazing, however all down hill from there! Poor poor customer service, inexperienced staff, no more than glorified messengers. Did nothing to help us other than pass messaged across vie email mostly after being chased several times. Our vendors estate agent did more for us than they ever did, if it was left up to them the sale would have fallen through 10 times over. We do not recommend them and would never use them again.

Martin gave us excellent advice about the whole letting process and the role Frank Innes would play in helping us. His input was very reassuring and was the reason we went with them.
Sandra then took over and became our main support contact, she was a tremendous help in organising all the certification needed to let a property, arranging contractors to carry out any remedial work, organising tenant visits and providing general information about how our letting was proceeding.

I have had 4 apartments and 2 houses in the capable hands of Martin Clohessy and his team at Frank Innes Loughborough, going back to 2003. I've left everything to them from selecting tenants, sorting out leases, checking that the property is being kept in good condition and that there are no signs of multiple occupancy. They sent me regular photos of the condition of the property and advised when work needed to be carried out and then they obtained quotations and gave instructions for the work to be carried out. They are all so helpful and I can recommend them so you can sit back and relax while they do the job for you.

The person that answered the phone was incredibly rude and impatient.
Was trying to get rid of me straight away without even qualifying me for the property I was interested in, one might think that it was because of a foreign accent but I will not jump to conclusion...
Further more was promised a video tour link would be sent to me after I hung up, no link was sent...

Avoid these people they are the type that see you as cattle instead of people and you are just a number in a spread sheet to them.

Although I paid the holding fee for a property I decide against entering into a tenancy. Martin was helpful and refunded the fee due to my concerns. On my application I decided against any third party helping set up my bills. Despite all this I am now receiving texts and emails asking for payment for utilities used!!

I recently moved in to a property which is managed by Frank Innes Loughborough. Until today I have had a flawless experience and am very happy with them. I was in contact mainly with Scarlett, and also spoke with Emily and a man who's name I forgot (was it Chris?). Big plus points are that they communicate very openly and quickly and whilst keeping things professional, which made moving in from a country where it's often the exact opposite just all the more enjoyable. They also saved me from about a week of hotel overnights by advancing the move-in date with only 2 weeks of notice.
Just make sure you're using the right contact details, cause some websites (like 'nethouseprices') don't display the correct email address and in my case put an unnecessary delay on things.
I'll leave another review when the rental contract comes to an end. As for now, 5 stars is definitely appropriate :)

I don't think the staff there are very happy as they're very rude and abrupt. They lack basic communication and customer service skills, and they can't get you off the phone quick enough, verging on cutting you off. Plenty of other estate and letting agents out there to be able to avoid using these.

It is interesting for me to use an estate agent as a tenant, my experience as someone who rents out a property has been largely positive. However as a tenant it is totally different. I rented out in-between a sale and house purchase.
The key issue is how rude staff are during interactions, they make sure you know their disdain for you as tenants. From curt emails to hostile phone calls, and even hanging up calls. It's not just one member of staff, it's an embedded culture at the Loughborough branch.
As an aside the lettings manager appraised my house for rental and he was over £150 below the market rent it achieved, which is shockingly bad.
The centralised property management centers that deal with the properties are very good, people you call and deal with are sympathetic, polite and well trained. None of that description can be applied to the staff within lettings at the Loughborough branch.
If you're a tenant and have the choice, don't use them. If you're a landlord with a conscience, definitely don't use them.

Unfortunately for tenants, you can't choose which estate agents the property you like is being let by. From the start Frank Innes failed to meet any sort of customer service standards. I arrived at the viewing expecting to meet an estate agent... but most of the time they can't be bothered to show up and make the tenants do it. I experienced this when i was moving out as well - not ideal having to be in in the evenings around Christmas. I was charged £400+ fees which is EXTORTIONATE (was far higher than any other letting agents in Loughborough) but luckily i got them refunded as the new law came in - much to their dismay. The manager who dealt with my move in was miserable and rude, i was shocked to learn she is a manager. Good luck getting any response from an email, sometimes it took days and sometimes i didn't get a reply at all. Will not ever be renting again with Frank Innes - i've learnt my lesson the hard way! avoid.

I am an engineer working in Loughborough from Italy.
I am the breadwinner in the house with two kids and I have a limited disposable income.
This company has took one months of rent from my account took them nearly 2 1/2 weeks just to acknowledge it and then they made me to ring around write emails to get my money back and I'm still waiting for it they keep tell me 3 to 4 working days to go back to my account.
(I'm still waiting for it)
Even when I explained to Martin the Manager that I'm going on holiday and I needed my money urgent.
Above all they even wanted to take my deposit even we have been very good tenant.
so they're asking me to fill a dispute form even I have explained to them that my English is not my first language Martin the Manager still made me to fill it.
It will take me another 3 months waiting for deposit.
I found the form so difficult and complicated as my English is not first.
Me & my wife have left the house spotless as I have it in first place 15 Empress Road.
I will definitely definitely not recommend this company at all to anybody.

Brilliant service from Frank Innes. After experiencing a horrendous time with another agent, Frank Innes treated me with dignity and were very understanding to my circumstances and didn't discriminate me because of them. They were very helpful and worked with me to secure my current rental, which I'm now very happy with. I truly am grateful to them. Communications are also very good. They respond to emails in a timely manner and keep you updated. No problem or concern is too big or small for them. They were also really accommodating with me on my move day as my removals arrived early, a few emails back and forth with updates on timings, but it wasn't an issue and I was able to rearrange my check in time, and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Frank Innes.

If ever you rent from this company, just be sure to change your locks as they have no issues entering your property without due notification/ permission (non emergency basis) this does not include the incessant household checks and making additional unwarranted checks under the guise of the landlords 'selling up'. initially i was going to give 1 star but that would be unfair, i echo some of the other customers sentiments.. some of the staff are rude (i have emails to prove) but on the whole some of them are great and take their job seriously!!

Actually I won't give even a star, if I could review without one. I have vacated my property on January 2019 and, still waiting to get my deposit back. They only consider about the landlords, not the tenants. It has been more than two months now , still chasing them for my money. If you are considering to rent from Frank Innes, you have to leave the hope for getting your deposit back! I made the 18th phone call today regarding my matter, and still haven't got a positive answer. Always the answer is Manager Martin and property manager Sara John are not available, So to whom will I take the matter? When called My Deposit Scheme, they said they don't hold my deposit, Frank Innes has it, ...I paid my rent on time, and when it comes to pay my deposit back, they act as I am asking money from their own pocket....

Whilst looking for a property to rent, I worked with a lovely lady called Emily. She was very efficient! The whole experience was effortless and stress free. The communication throughout was so good. At no point was I having to make countless calls. The whole process was wrapped up in no more than a couple of weeks. Well where do I start!!! What an absolute shambles of a company and they treat people with no respect. Myself and partner rented a bungalow from them for a year and were asked to renew the tenancy but it would go up so instead of paying £695 a month it would be £720 plus £60 to renew the tenancy, we both thought for a 2 bed bungalow at the posh side of shelthorpe it was a bit steep so we discussed with ‘countrywide’ that if the payment stayed at £695 we would happily stay there we were told they needed to discuss this with the landlord and then get back to us within 7 days and we agreed that was ok 2 weeks later no communication so we decided it was time to move on. We found a house for better value cheaper and with better people skills and they actually communicate with us and the landlord. Whilst eating dinner we then just browse and see the property is up for rent for £695 a month to say we are extremely shocked and upset is a understatement. I would like to take this matter to someone with actual authority and people skills but frank innes being brainless heartless stoney faced people I doubt they will take much notice !!!!

The twist and turns of the long ongoing saga surrounding the sale of this small starter home could have kept the reader of thrillers intrigued from day 1 until the final hour. For a known and fixed fee the staff doggedly and professionally dealt with scores of inquiries, organised numerous viewings , dealing with false starts, changes of mind, withdrawn sales, re marketing, collapsed chains ,unrealistic demands from difficult buyers,technical problems and last minute legal hitches, whilst always trying their uppermost to keep all parties informed and the process moving to completion.
They definitely earned their commission.

We wanted to leave this review for Frank Innes Lettings at Loughborough because they have been outstanding in their professionalism, help and support while we rented a property. Martin & his team have consistently gone out of their way to assist both ourselves and our landlord when our property was horrendously damaged in a recent van impact. They really do deserve due credit for helping everyone in a fair and impartial manner during what was a very stressful time. Overall, the situation was resolved in an efficient and pragmatic manner. We were initially nervous when first renting a property because it is easy to read negative reviews on the internet, but for us this simply was not our experience. Martin & the team at Frank Innes Lettings Loughborough more than deserve a 5 star review in our opinion.

A very poor service! I am paying 10% of the rent for the full management package but after paying more than £1000 so far, I realised it was a big mistake to sign a contract with this agency to let and manage my property. It turned out that I had to chase almost each individual case up many times myself. I will never ever sign any contract with this agency!l again! They are very much interested in the money they receive but in return are failing to provide the on time and sufficient service they are supposed to. Very poor communication...

I first rang to make a viewing for a property to which all my details were taken and to be told at the end that there is already too many people booked in to see it and wasn't space for more. I thought that was odd but it didnt suprise me. I got a call back from them after a week or two asking if I'm still looking, I said yes, and was told which properties were available. The lady mentioned the one I originally wanted to view and I said well I did ring to view that and was told I cannot view it. The lady didn't comment on that but as I'm looking I didn't say no and went ahead and made a viewing. I made another arrangment to view another property to my liking and it was perfect and what I was looking for. I was told throughout the viewing that the landlord was looking for a long term family, which we are, and made sure of our interest. We made a call soon after the viewing and gave our details. We got a call few days later saying the last people haven't been able to make an application payment and as your next on the list are you able to if still interested. We went ahead with it straight away and payment was made and accepted. Thinking we had the property we were so excited as we got the impression we got it. Following day we got a call to say that the landlord decided not to proceed with our application. The EA couldn't give us a reason so I kept asking why, he then said the 'children'. This as you can imagine made us so angry as this was clear discrimination, we was told by Martin, that the landlord is looking for a family and long term. It's a 4 bed property. It just didn't make any sense and left us feeling baffled, completly let down and deflated. We asked for an urgent call back but there was no response from Frank innes. It took almost 2 weeks for them to refund my money back. The lady on the phone was very rude, blunt and had an arrogant attitude. After telling her how bad their service was, she hung up. Whoever that was needs to be sacked. Very unprofessional. There's not much to say other than a complete disappointment. I had to click a star to post this but it's 0.

Rented a property through these and would never again. Constant problem with mold to be told that we should be keeping heating on 24/7. After doing this, mold worsened, had a private surveyor come round to look at the issue and was told that the insulation was not fitted correctly in the attic causing a cold bridge therefore, leaving the heating on made the issue worse. Nobody had bothered to look in the attic previously as they told us it was a problem with the gutter. They supposedly fixed the gutter without even entering the house to look at anything else! Woman on phone constantly rude every time we rang. Spoke to you as if she didn't want to be there. Made you feel uncomfortable when ringing. Was told somebody would be round to inspect the house. He turned up a day earlier and let himself in to the property. Even though I was quite clearly not comfortable with this he insisted he should look round and told me he would be quick. We decided to leave due to the mold issue and was constantly showing people around the house (i am not an estate agent)- was showing one person round at 6:15pm for another person to show up who we had not been made aware of, for Frank Innes to turn around and say 'we would not tell you of multiple viewings' VERY POOR! Deposit was not returned in full, they insisted on taking £120 to clean a kitchen which was spotless. Money grabbers. Would not rent a house through these if you paid me.

Quite simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. The Loughborough branch of Frank Innes has a young but experienced dynamic, proactive team of Charlotte, Leah and Jack. Their communication with the customer is also first class. After months of getting nowhere and next to no viewings with a previous agent, within days of my property going on the market with Frank Innes they got a plethora of viewers, and with several offers to choose from the property was sold within the first three weeks of being marketed through the Loughborough branch of Frank Innes. The whole process was surprisingly easy, straight forward and most important stress free. Proving choosing the right estate agent makes the world of difference.

Quite literally the worst estate agent I have ever used and have the unfortunate displeasure of still having to use. Terrible customer service, seemingly below average intelligence for every single member of staff on top of being rude and incompetent. So frustrating when trying to get simple things done. Charge above market average fees for everything and take an age to get anything sorted. Honestly do yourself a favour and find someone else to rent through.

Poor communication. AWFUL customer service. Accused of being aggressive (by an angry raised voice on the other side of the phone) simply for trying my best to correct the situation which was their fault and trying to ensure that the issues (which I have addressed with them at least 3 times before but clearly been ignored) don't keep reoccuring. They have clearly taken on more than they can handle and believe that taking it out on tenants is the best way to deal with their 'workload'. I'm sure our landlord, who seems to be amiable, understanding and cooperative, would be VERY disappointed by the way they are running his property and treating his tenants. Will NEVER recommend.

Had to drop a star! been treated very poorly. manager has been underhaded with my issue, pure greed and lack of fairness. his idea of compensation was to charge £150 for cleaning, even though the flat was cleaner when i left than when i arrived. any athletes, coaches or students i know looking for somewhere to rent will be warned off by me! Terrible service!!!

You have been the worst estate agents I have ever delt with. Your communication skills between staff is non existent, You charge at every point during the rent process because your simply greedy, it takes a very long time for you to fix anything to do with the property, tradsmen simply breaking into the property without permission or forewarning, its taken 3 months and still no deposit, your staff were rude when i was leaving the property, they charge for a refrence 5 min phone call 25 quid which is a joke also didnt tell me that was the case delaying my new agreament. You guys are bloody awful.

My biggest issue has been with the manager, the rest of the stuff have gone out of their way to help with most issues. The communication has been woeful, the urgency to get jobs done (such as my shower which had a leak), not good enough. I've asked for money back because my en suite shower hasn't worked for 5 of the 6 months of my contract, had a speedy reply from the property manager, who said she'd passed my message on to the Loughborough agency manager, that was a week ago now. As I expected, he would either ignore me, or try to b.s me. Will now be looking to take legal action, just to ask for something that should have been offered to me, and could quite easily have been sorted in a couple of days. If it wasn't for the rest of the stuff, it would be 1 star.

The Loughborough branch have dealt with the letting of my flats since 2001 and are always very professional, efficient and informative.
In terms of communication and in particular keeping you informed about potential tenants they have been far better than their local competition.
From my experience nothing has been too much trouble and both Emily and Martin have always been extremely helpful and professional at all times.

It's funny how the response to negative reviews about lettings tries to pass the buck saying this listing is nothing to do with lettings yet the positive reviews, mostly from landlords, are not re-directed!! Idiots!
Not surprisingly the positive reviews from landlords are because they must be ecstatic that they are getting a ridiculous amount of rent for their average properties whilst the tenants are getting ripped off left right and centre with the highest fees payable in Loughborough.
I'm sure the agents at Frank Innes deal with the landlords in a completely different manner than the tenants and can't do enough to please them. But if you're a tenant watch out as they charge the earth to do relatively nothing. Stay away!

I'm sure I will get a response to this review saying it doesn't relate to this listing as it's do to with lettings, well actually it does as Frank Innes is the company in it's entirety. All the idiots I have had to deal with in the lettings department are employed by Frank Innes so quite frankly dismissing these reviews as having nothing to do with Frank Innes the estate agents is rubbish and totally reflective of how your agency passes off mistakes.
Your letting fees of £400 are totally unjustified and the highest by over £100 in Loughborough. Your lettings staff are both incompetent and unhelpful and are ill equipped to deal with the merger of a number of agencies.
Your policies are not universal and apply to people as and when you feel like it rather than across the board. I loath the fact I have to deal with you.

As there is no option to give a minus score, we feel it only fair to give the lowest score possible. Since Chris Newton has left the standard of service to tennants as dropped to, in our experience, zero. Emails left unanswered for days, complaints ignored, repairs left for days (some even left for months) and differing information provided to landlords and tennants it would appear. We would never rent a property through Frank Innes again and it has got so bad, we have handed notice in on our current property. AVOID at all costs!!!
