We are so delighted that we chose Hound and Porter as our estate agents to sell our property and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole Hound and Porter team ensured that throughout the entire process we were in safe hands with their wealth of knowledge and experience. We found them to be extremely professional and friendly with a fantastic knowledge of property and the local area, and whenever they were called upon for anything no matter how big or small they always ensured it was completed quickly and efficiently. The Hound and Porter team made what is usually a very stressful process much easier to manage from start to finish and they have been a joy to work with. Our home was wonderfully marketed with fantastic presentation and beautiful photography which supported them in achieving an asking price offer within 14 days of going on the market. You can't go wrong when selling your property with Hound and Porter – they couldn't really have done any better. Well done and thank you to Chris, Anthony, India and the team!

Why choose H&P?
My neighbours apartment was on the market for well over a year until H&P took it on once l saw the sold board l immediately contacted Chris for a valuation. With it not being an easy task to sell apartments during covid, to my astonishment they achieved nearly the asking on the second viewing. Fantastic photographer, regular communication with tge team made the process fairly easy. Weldone H&P.

Chris, India and Anthony were great to deal with. From the initial prompt response to my enquiry, outside of traditional opening hours, and throughout the process I was kept up to date.
Chris was very knowledgeable about properties in the area and his valuation was spot on.
Hound & Porter were professional, proactive and personable. I wish them well and would use their services in the future if selling again.

Hound and Porter are a excellent, professional bespoke estate agency, who provide a personal experience.
Throughout the whole process the team at H&P where always on hand. They are very realistic with their clients, meaning they value your home correctly, and give you the right price. My journey started with H&P vegan flapjacks, which was a fantastic introduction. When my property completed they provided a complimentary thank you gift in the form of a hamper, which is something I’ve never seen from an estate agent.
Chris and his team have fantastic experience and market knowledge. They are always reading up on the market and follow developments.
I’d strongly recommend Hound & Porter, as they are a fantastic boutique estate agency, whom deliver a personal touch.
