Awful experience. No information sent out, not interested in moving forward with transparency just more excuses. Two months to get hold of a basic letting agreement and then to be let down after asking three times for basic stuff is a Def no go on this occasion.

Used House to sell a property with a Lease which had some missing information on the Lease but with Andries and Lisa’s intervention the problem was sorted out much quicker than it would have been if all had been left with the solicitors to deal with. I gave 5 stars because when you need an intervention in a problem sale House were able to be there for both sides. We felt it was money well spent on them. Thank you again.

Really poor experience with this agent. I popped in and spoke to the guys there and left my name, number and details of the property I was interested in. I was turned away and told to register on the website before they could have any kind of discussion with me, which I understood and I duly did before I'd even reached my car. This was the first agent I went to. Since then I have been to others that have had forms to complete in their branch, or have taken my details whilst I was there, or over the phone. I re-registered this week on the website and sent an email via Zoopla regarding a newly listed property. To date I have not been called back or contacted in any way. Very disappointing, especially given the glowing reviews left by others.

I can’t rate House enough, they are not like your normal estate agents, they actually care! They see your sale through right from the beginning until the very end. I actually felt like a valid client for once. No problem was too big or small. All the staff are happy to help and we will certainly be using them again, I’ve not stopped singing their praises.
We had a difficult purchase, as the house we wanted to buy was in probated, and the sellers and their joke of an estate agents were not very helpful (putting it politely), but House and their team helped ease the stress every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough.

Everyone at House have gone above and beyond to support us with our sale and our purchase. They kept us updated with information at all times. They were very responsive with advice, calls and emails. Any question big or small they were there with an answer. The moving app Mio was very handy and I liked that all the information was on there and we could see what was going on throughout our chain. Absolutely disappointed its true what other reviews say wouldn't buy a house from them.. put in offers twice first time took 3 weeks to get back
And haven't herd nothing of the second offer !!!!? But seen it sold !!!!! Wouldn't be surprised if they didn't put my offers in ? Well hope stamp duty remains .As they have waitsted my time .
